When I watched the episode, when it was airing I directly skipped from ep 11 to ep 16.
I was actually disappointed that the leads did not end up together, so I dropped it.

Now coming back to it after 1.5 year and rewatching every single second,
I personally think that the ending was quite mature. It would seem more of a fought out love story if they ended up together.

But even if they did not end up together, that's beautiful too. I love how it teaches us that it's obviously difficult to let go a lots of things in our youth period. But crying over problems or literally wishing to stay in that beautiful youth isn't solution. Certain times, there are things one should let go!

Farewell can be a beautiful ending to the next chapter of life too! That's beautiful!

No idea, afterall all the actors have gone their own way, and the male leads are dissatisfied with the result. So we gotta see.

Naah, there's romance between leads, but it's more of slow burn and mature type. You won't find them kissing and confessing each other at literally ever juncture of their life. It's more of their actions and eyes doing the genre. That is probably why some people said no romance. But it is good.
It depends on what kind of romance you like as genre

Also the trailer so damn good! The cinematography, so many couples. It gives me a feeling, that there's not gonna be simple one main couple and others serving as either serving foil or characters just to make sure there's a little variety.
IT SEEMS EVERY CHRACTER IS GOING TO BE THE MAIN LEADS IN THEIR OWN SCENES. THATS SO COOL!!
Also the fact that even the side character's here normally play main leads in high budget dramas shows how high budget this project is.
