nah whoever said that doesn’t know what they’re talking about. they have a full on make out at the end of episode 5 and again in 6 (leading to more). their chemistry is really nice and they strong have mutual attraction.

Forgot to mention, for some reason this is not the case with shows that air on Fridays in Japan. They are usually available immediately on gaga. I have absolutely no clue what the thought process is behind this lol

It airs in tv in Japan a day earlier than on streaming. It will be available tomorrow on gaga. I'm not sure of the time. Could be midnight or as late as 11am. Someone else might know for sure. It's already Friday in Taiwan (where gaga is based) and even with a VPN connected to Thailand (where the show is available on gaga), it still says it's not available yet. But basically, the rule of thumb is that Japanese dramas will not be available outside of Japan until the following day.

It’s confusing a bit because they reference/flash back to his first championship win at 13 and also the incident when he retires at 16. I think they use different actors for the various ages but I haven’t paid enough attention to their faces to tell.

Yeah and a lot of context and nuance will often get left un-subbed which can be frustrating. Like it took me severa episodes and some googling to even figure out where in Europe they started the story. 😅
