The name Naksu still has a lot of story relevance. So does Buyeon actually. Naksu = falling water. So the drought.…
The name itself was explained in the drama, to make sure the Korean audience understood what it meant. And as I said, it was also the official translation in Netflix subtitles. You can't get more official than that. So not sure why you want to make up your own translation and your own interpretation.
And this is from tvN official web page for AoS: 낙수 지나가는 자리마다 사람들의 목을 떨구는 무자비한 살수. 그리하여 붙은 이름이 낙수. 절체절명의 상황에서 무덕이의 육체에 갇히게 된다. explaining what 낙수 means. So this is official from the studio and director.
But can we wish for a good ending for this type of drama? Very unlikely unfortunately. Or will Netflix leave things open for a possible Season 2 (the real Season 2, not the part 2 in March)?
An excellent plot to me, and a first season very promising. Only two comments: 1. Ununderstable the cut after…
This is Netflix trying new strategy. They used to push out all the episodes at once, it can generate a lot of views but the excitement is short lived. Most other streaming services do it in parts, and it keeps the drama in conversation longer. Netflix tried this with Stranger Things, and Money Heist Season 5, both released in 2 parts. Each episode is also quite a bit shorter than traditional 16 episodes K-drama.

Sigh, did you even watch the drama? In Part 1, one of the episode they talked about the name Naksu. All the three name you wrote above was wrong. The proper name is "落壽". The meaning is as I said above. This is the official translation if you turn on Chinese Subtitles in Netflix. Or you can check chinese wiki: https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E9%82%84%E9%AD%82%EF%BC%9A%E5%85%89%E8%88%87%E5%BD%B1 No ifs, ands or buts. This is a nickname given by the people for the assassin. Do any of those you wrote make sense? While 落壽 makes perfect sense for an assassin. What I wrote is facts, I did not make anything up!

It.doesn't matter whether you buy it or not. That's what HW said at the ending, and the writer's intention. That's why the ending did not go well in Korea.

Naksu is not "falling water". It's "falling life" - everyone who met Naksu died. Their life would drop and end just like that. That's a nickname given by people for the most feared assassin.
The entire show I kept wondering- what about the real Jin Do Jun. What happened to him? Because when the reincarnation…
Well, the ending indicated that there was no incarnation, there was no reborn. It's all a dream. Something completely made up in HW's head. That's why majority of Korean audience did not like this ending.
HW admitted that he was the accomplice 20yrs ago but how come he didn't get any jail sentence??
Once again, it IS a crime for not reporting it in Canada: “ Under section 22 of the Criminal Code of Canada, if an individual has an awareness of a crime because they have witnessed the crime or have been told that the crime has occurred, and by not reporting this crime to the police service or other relevant agency, this individual is in some way aiding or abetting the crime to take place”
HW admitted that he was the accomplice 20yrs ago but how come he didn't get any jail sentence??
And you can’t tell the difference between that and HW’s audio recording? HW knew every one talking in that audio, he knew who was the murderer, and he chose to conceal it in exchange for a long term job. You still don’t think that’s criminal???
And don’t worry about me, I’ll definitely report it.

No, but he hid the audio recording! So he helped to conceal the murder and assisted the murderer to avoid detection, arrest and prosecution. And yes, that’s punishable by law.
So not sure why you want to make up your own translation and your own interpretation.

The series entered the chart in South Korea at #2, and then take the top spot at #1 for the last 2 days.
All previews are spoilers, they all give you a glimpse of the next episode.
How is this different?
“ Under section 22 of the Criminal Code of Canada, if an individual has an awareness of a crime because they have witnessed the crime or have been told that the crime has occurred, and by not reporting this crime to the police service or other relevant agency, this individual is in some way aiding or abetting the crime to take place”
It is not what I think. It is the law here.

That’s why this ending is so ridiculous.
So he helped to conceal the murder and assisted the murderer to avoid detection, arrest and prosecution.
