So shows like Squid Game, All of us are dead, Extraordinary Attorney Woo, had more global audience any C-drama can remotely achieve - and that's a fact you cannot deny.

Don't understand your 1$ K-pop reference. Of course, the industry is very competitive. Many trainees failed to make a dime in the industry, and it is true in every country. I am sure there are many actors and singers in China that never made it to earn a living. So how does that diminish the global phenomenon that BTS and BlackPink have achieved?

For sure, some Chinese singers and actors have major success in China. But as I said, very few people outside China care, as we don't know them. So they can continue to make money in China, K-pop and K-drama continues their success worldwide. Why does that bother you????

We all know Korean history and culture are heavily influenced by China. So what if some elements are related to Chinese culture?
Unless they use something which is patented or copyrighted, they can use whatever cultures around the world.

I have the exact opposite opinion.
The writer treated the audience like dumb idiots. For example, radiation does NOT cause lymphoma, and Stage IV lymphoma is not terminal. You can't get that much radiation unless NK Chemical is enriching Uranium or have a nuclear reactor inside. And if there is so much radiation in the water that can cause Do Ha to die like that, PCH standing next to it would likely get very sick as well. Radiation travels, you don't need to swallow or swim in it to get exposed.
Of course, one can argue that this is just drama.
But it is pure lazy writing. They could have changed from Lymphoma to Leukemia, then it would make sense medically. Or use Toxins from NK Chemical instead of Radiation, then it would possible scientifically. It is this type of attention to detail that the script is totally lacking, and doesn't treat the viewers as intelligent people.

Bad ending is bad ending, no matter how long time passes.
For me, too many things didn't make sense, not just the bad ending.
The whole drama took a nose dive after BM was revealed.
I never thought Flower of Evil had bad ending, it was pretty good actually; at the time of watching or how I feel now.

I personally would not have wasted time watching it now I know the ridiculous ending.

Well, the only problem is that radiation does NOT cause lymphoma.
And Stage IV lymphoma is potentially curable (64% 5 year survival rate), and not considered "terminal".
I mean the writer could have spent 10 seconds googling it instead of writing something from imagination and medically totally wrong.
