Okay, as little as I know, YAI is not legally punished or required to not work but is still pushed to be removed…
The drug test came back positive. So he definitely broke the law regardless of the outcome of the eventual court ruling. Unlike other incidence which is purely based on rumours or other people's accusation, drugs violation is very clear cut, it's either positive or it's negative. This has nothing to do with cancel culture. If you break the law, you have to face the consequences. And unfortunately, many of his innocent co-workers have been dragged into this mess.
Bye! For me, I don't care even if he is the best actor in the world. He should have known that his actions could have serious impact to everyone working in the same project as him. If most audience don't want to see him on the screen, Netflix has no choice but to edit him out.
I love my girl Ahn Eun Jin and am so looking forward to this, but not even a glimpse of Yoo Ah In in the trailer…
Why should you get a glimpse of him if he has been edited out of the series as much as possible? It would have been ridiculous to use him in a trailer when the series doesn't feature him much at all.
I don't understand why South Korean celebrities aren't allowed to have private lives and make mistakes like everyone…
This is not about private lives, it is about doing something illegal. It's not ok to do drugs, even if you do it privately. Just like drunk driving, there is repercussions of your actions, and it doesn't just affect you. Apologizing after the fact is not enough, you need to face consequences for your actions and bad decisions.
So she got her son killed and forgave her hubby and sister? Well I ar least hope the ML was happy. She's better…
LOL wow, so you read about the ending without even watching the show? Make judgement without a clue of all the characters? You can decide if you watch this drama or not. But refrain from criticising when you haven't even watched it yet!!!!
I truly do not understand why this is rated as highly as it is...
It’s ok if you don’t like this drama. No drama works for everyone. For me it’s simple. I really enjoy the show, the couple, and I look forward to the next episode every week. That for me would be my own definition of top rated show. And it seems that many in Korea feel the same.
soo hyun forgave soo ho after he proved to her that he didn't cooperate and accomplice with kim joon as she thought…
I saw it differently. ESH's mom was living in her past when she was happier. That's why she called him her son in law. There is no indication or evidence that they were back together. And IMHO, they are living separate lives as with all the other characters.
The ending can make a huge difference to the whole drama.Reborn Rich taught me a valuable lesson lol
My opinion only - I think Reborn Rich has one of the worst ending in K-drama history. It was a brilliant drama until the end. The ridiculous ending has ruined the whole show. It was also one of the highest MDL rated drama during its run, and it dropped like a rock after the ending.
We shouldn't care about rating that much as long as it is in a respectable rating...the most important thing is…
Agree, MDL ratings mean nothing to the actors and actresses. The most important is the TV ratings in Korea. It's already #3 in tvN all time TV ratings, let's see if it can reach #1.
But there is already a potential treatment in Germany, she just needs to wait for her white counts to come up. So I think this would be the way out for the writers. BTW, her condition is totally made up, it does not exist in real life. So the writer can write any endings and it won't be wrong :)
It's a fact many people tend to trivialize or justify hae ins flaws, using the excuse of her environment and family…
I see nothing wrong. She is portrayed as a strong character brought up in a rich family where everyone gets whatever he/she wants because of their money and power. That's just how this particular rich family works, from grand father to grand kids. Haein is part of that family and that's how she does things. HyunWoo should know about this when he married into this family.
I find their chemistry great. If your view is so biased, you would not enjoy the show. So yeah, stop watching is a good idea for you. For me, I am enjoying every episode.

The hearing is still intact!

I won't exactly bash him, but he has a long way to go before achieving phenomenal acting level.
Friday 11.4% Saturday 6.8%
So practically equivalent to 2 western series episodes.
