Except she's not sure when exactly is he going to attack if she went back to Seoul. Instead of risking it, only for her to be ejected back to the future and 20 Sol meeting the killer again, nothing would change. Youngsoo attacks when he wants to attack, why would she wait at a time when she already knows that he'll be there? She already failed catching him days prior, and even got Taesung's dad hurt in the process, too. If she also went back, who's to say that everyone in her family would be safe? They already know what happened in 2008. Why would she endanger them when she could end it once and for all?

Hello! The amusement park scene was days before their trip to Danpori. May 3rd or 4th was Sol's birthday while the trip to Inhyuk's town was around May 6th. The lottery ticket was also before that date, so that was just a flashback of Sol wanting Geum to have a better life with Hyunju in the future; it's like her way of helping them in the past before she gets transported back to the future.
