I think they are getting upset at people not liking Wei Zhao at first and him still lying to Jiang Ci at this…
good grief... but there's nothing wrong with WZ continuing to manipulate her even as he gains feelings, right? 😪 how dare JC show normal emotions after being betrayed by someone important to her, smh.

viki watchers rate this drama 9.3 while dramalist viewers is just rating 8.2 unbelievable 🤨
I think Viki (and the other drama platforms in general) always have higher ratings than MDL😅

I hope nobody is pissed at Jiang Ci leaving briefly btw... She is a simple person, he broke her trust, she wanted…
idk why anyone would be pissed at JC, I am pissed at ML for continuing to break her trust.

I'm a bit confused. Is Prince Qi and Xiao Haitian the same person or different people?

So tired of cdramas obsession with sad endings
I'm personally okay with sad endings if they fit the tone & theme of the show. I've often seen them being forced, which is what I don't like at all.. 😅 I would love a HE for this show but I do think a SE/OE would better fit this story.

The drama is halfway there and we already have a spoiler for most likely a SE ? Fyi, spoilers can be deceiving…
people are assuming this because the novel has a SE, and in a recent interview, Allen answered a question that implied a SE

😂 As If…. I think they did not. Today previews were yesterday.
they did for episodes 20/21/22, they just didn't fix the previous ones. we already saw these previews because they put the wrong episode number before.. 😅

So my theory is that Jiang Ci's Master is actually her "aunt" and that Jiang Ci is the daughter of the other Yan…
I did not read the novel, but some others have said JC is just a normal girl in the novel. So this is just a drama only change.
