I've said this elsewhere, Pharm is giving the performance of one individual being taken over by another. Not everyone sees the gradual control Intouch takes of Pharm and Fluke is playing both these parts. It's more visible on a second or third viewing. It's very subtle.

I loved TharnType because it dealt with issues of child abuse and rape in a meaningful way. It showed how these issues affect people's lives over the course of years. That's honest story telling. No one's going to force you watch, but let's be clear about how this fits into the story.
I get the impression a lot of watchers didn't really get what happened during the audition scene at the beginning and might want to watch it again, as well as the following scene with the young Teh and Oh.

Teenagers are manipulative. Goes with the territory. That doesn't make him a bad person. Also, he doesn't understand his feelings and it's making do things he might otherwise think twice about. He's trying to help his friend Oh, but he doesn't really understand why.
