So Immortal Li was killed because he knew that the Emperor changed the prophecy - mark on his forearm when he visited him one time. The last 2 episodes are nicely done, filling the missing pieces of the puzzle and tying up the loose ends. The great thing about it is that we know that the ending will be very tragic and sad but it will end soon 😁 . I think this is one of the beauty of the drama, takes you on a short exciting ride but we all know it will end soon. Can’t wait for the next episodes.

I wonder if the twin is trapped in the Nuva stone that the protector was trying so hard to get to revive CH. Your theory about the emperor asking the protector a favor is valid perhaps he has something to do with the release of the twin to cause the chaos that ensued albeit indirectly and unintentionally since she seems to be good just unable to control her power. The emperor then blame CH, mess with CK’s memory, tried to kill CH which unbeknownst to him was already given the Soul saving spell by CK.

I also feel that the Emperor knows XY is CH from the beginning that is why he is pushing CK todo tribulations with XY, he knows that when he gains his primordial spirit she loses hers

Have you seen LBFaD? Personally how would you rate it from 1-10 and compare it with this drama so far? Just want to see if I shld consider watching LBFaD.
