yes yes they’re up to episode 7 so far with 8 releasing on the 17th of March

there’s 4 episodes left and idk maybe it’s just me but it’s kind of draining? like don’t get me wrong i loved the first season so much i was watching it as it aired and i literally play the soundtrack all the time. but it feels frustrating as a viewer personally, it’s this constant stream of melancholy, and they both have this same miscommunication issue which they always want to address but never do, like when one of them is ready to talk the other isn’t ready to listen? my love for the show and the characters is what is keeping me watching but rn it feels like they’re so insanely incompatible and although i obviously do hope they reconcile, i don’t want it to be a case of them compromising their beliefs, but luckily i do trust the writers not to do that. ugh someone just needs to lock them in a room together until they reconcile!! this was just a lil random rant of my thoughts so far cuz i need to get them down before i spontaneously combust but yeah 😛

fr like don’t get me wrong gmmtv definitely isn’t my favourite company but the one thing that they’ll always do is make the correct changes necessary for a story to do well

someone pointed out that according to the exam day countdown clock, in episode 14 it was at around 170 and not it’s at around 70 days meaning JAEYI AND SEULGI DIDNT TALK FOR 3 MONTHS BRO😃😃😃

no tbf blank isn’t exactly the worst, like the second season was actually quite good imo, but i feel as tho blank is one of those examples where people sometimes disregard any valid criticisms of a show just because the two main actresses are pretty and have chemistry - cuz don’t get me wrong i love fayeyoko bro and im sad that they’re no longer working together 😓. but yeah this show, if they stick to the source material, is gonna be the worst example of this, but im glad to see there are other people who do also take problem with these types of storylines 🙏🙏

yk with the way some of these stories are written you’d kinda assume they were written by a man, it’s like we’re expected to take the representation we’re given(disgusting plot and all), they seem to think that as long as the actresses are pretty and have good enough chemistry that we’ll fawn over them. i mean im ngl with reception that dramas like blank got you’d kinda assume that’s true, but im TIRED of telling my non gl watching friends about these dramas and half of the time having to add some sort of disclaimer it’s insane!! like these plots are never necessary and it’s a creepy reflection on the authors who love to write about them!

everyone speculating of a sad ending, i REBUKE it. the way jaeyi told seulgi to not come any closer and was literally hiding away from seulgi, but during the monologue she quite literally couldn’t even keep herself away, she just had to keep getting closer to seulgi, my girl is in love 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️. jaeyi’s not stupid and knows that she has to make her father feel as though he’s in control in order to achieve her goals. all im saying is that there will be NO sad ending on my watch… its either a happy ending or a cliffhanger for season 2 ( because if i recall hyeri did make a comment saying that she’d be open to doing a season 2)

yeah the scene occurs halfway though the novel, Prem’s really drunk and is very obviously uncomfortable and not consenting, because up until that point she still hasn’t even shown a semblance of interest in Pat yet. it’s honestly very disturbing that this author could write a scene like this, that is unmistakably rape, and profit off of it and even get a tv show based off it. like i’m all for representation and i love thai gls and how open the industry is becoming but this is insane, like are there no standards. thank God Ch3 left out those scenes from the novel, but idk if this production company will do the same. i mean Pat’s obsession and stalkery of Prem is a really central point to the novel so idk how they’d even get around all of that

ik nene is the ‘villain’ for now and always starting smth… but honestly girly just makes me giggle… like when she was trying to get in kawi’s head i found it so funny. GIRL WILL STOP AT NOTHING, i love to see strong women persevere 😓✊

honestly!! and the way she had shed some tears afterwards, and the fact her first time (which held high value to) was taken by someone she didn’t even like at the time is honestly so sad, like i don’t understand the authors direction with pat’s character because she’s highly unlikeable. perhaps making pat a tsundere would be a bit too cliche because she already wrote the character of lada to be like that but it’s still insane that she just decided to go to extremes and make pat a literal criminal with no redeemable personality traits

praying they leave the very explicit r-word stuff out of this, like it got so bad i had to just stop reading the novel halfway through, cannot believe that the same author wrote this was the one who wrote tsou, like it’s actually insane… i fear we may have a chao planoy 2.0 on our hands guys🥲🥲🥲
