This got rave reviews from avenue x who is usually a harsh critic unless a drama has actors that she finds “eye candy” 🤦♀️ She doesn’t particularly like any of the actors here , So I suppose it must be good. Why the low rating here though ? I was planning to watch anyway just curious about the perspective of current watchers

Yes, I’ve watched numerous dramas with high ratings that I didn’t care for. I dropped them. But tbh I do not watch drama under 7/10. Unless the rating changed after I watched it. Might be selective but it works for me.

This is how underrated gems are discovered. Mdl ratings still aren’t great but I’m not only watching dramas that get promoted. I also filter by rating for what might be worth my time.
Yeah Netflix subs sometime aren’t Accurate to the dot because they paraphrase. But here they are plainly wrong. Like its completely the opposite or has nothing to do with what the actors are saying in Korean. I doubt the writer fully vetted them but it doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things. I prefer watching in the original language so I guess I’ll just deal with it.
