I can't believe how happy I am - but am wondering what will they show in the S2? Like how they will follow their lives from where we left, and I think they will now go to college or work? In any case I am excited to see what it will have in store for the ML and FL.
I've just finished watching an old Korean Drama, New Wise Mother, Good Wife - the ML is a cheater and to win back…
That is just so weird. I have not seen the drama - and am sure this must be a comedic satire of sorts. Good thing, this is only in drama and so we can take non-seriously and not in real life.
She did not have sex with him, he has ED - so they get undressed but don't do the deed. Also when she seduced…
yes, that is the mistake I was referring too.. They tried to show it in comedic light but at the end of the day, it was simply - cheating. No matter if they actually had an affair or just met for meals or talked.
They were hiding it from their friend/partner as case be, and hence it was cheating /betrayal of trust no matter how we see it :/
Anyone knows where to find the background score - when the ML has a winning moment? Like when he is beating the bullies (Ep 2), when he is beating the bully in prison (Ep 3) etc?
Glad that I waited till today (4 Jan) to binge Part 1. Now I can be at peace and excited for Part 2 that releases tomorrow.
Already knew this show would be phenomenon given it has so many of my favorite talented actors/actresses as cast. But this goes beyond expectation not just with the story but the BGM and camera work add to the thrill! Each episode was top-notch - can't wait for it to tie up in Part 2.
Even though i can not understand the rating...If you thinking about starting it, you can definitely do it. It…
Firstly - I love your username! 😍 Second, agree - the ratings are weird but then I have been seeing that for many other shows + lot of other MDLers commenting the same.
Personally, I don't feel like rating airing dramas. Having seen dramas with great beginnings only to plateau & then nose-dive to bottomless pit at the end - I feel one must watch the entire drama & then rate.
And yes, this drama is oddly addictive and done so well. Cannot wait for the ending & it all to come together in a great finish!
"trust is like a glass, once it's broken, then it cannot be repaired" Sharing some thoughts regarding Infidelity - not purely related to drama but since the drama has showcased it, will take it as a reference.
I personally find infidelity in any form (marriage or any other form of relationship) to be unforgivable. The basic foundation for any relation (not just romantic) is trust/honesty which leads to other feelings of love, care, happiness etc in my opinion. So when one in a relationship breaks that foundation I think shatters everything the other person holds dear in that relationship. Does not matter if it was a one-time mistake, or done accidently, It is one of the highest form of disrespect for the relationship & the partner. I do not know how some people forgive their partners through this, I am pretty sure the doubt lingers forever. And if the latter happens, then should one even be in that relationship where you are constantly doubting?
Coming to the drama and the point above - what's even more ridiculous is the person who cheated even has the audacity to come ask for forgiveness. I find it almost laughable which quickly changes into me hoping that I could smack such people 🤣 Just Kidding...maybe 😈
I know as I write this comment cause of my heightened emotions while watching the drama. Some may say that it is not the worst thing out there - I somewhat agree, but then I feel while a lot of things/people deserve second chances - infidelity isn't one of them...
Does anyone think that maybe Lee Roo Na is Cha Se Eum’s daughter.....and Yoo Jeong Jae is her dad? I think I…
Omg - I just started this drama and had the same thought in Ep 1.
As soon as she promotes her as the new Concert Master, after hearing her practice - I was like wait, is there something? Like, you know talent being inherited. Ep 2 - that Black-White backstory further raised eyebrows.
Starting Ep 3 - let's see if our theories are right? Makjang dramas like these tend to have surprise twists like no other.
Similar Faces: doesn't Choi Seo-Eun look like the actress, Kim Go Eun (Goblin FL)? and Choi Jong Woo look like the actor, Jung Gun Joo (Extraordinary You, True Beauty etc)
Already read that Kim Han Bin is said to look similar to Nam Joo Hyuk.
what was every guy's obsession with jia? she kept creeping me out with how she turns her smile off after a few…
I thought the same way too regarding her expressions & her chemistry being better with the girls than guys. I kind of felt she was there to play. And kind of validate that guys will fall for her no matter what she does or does not do....?
She came as a gamer - and there is nothing bad with that as such, since it is a game essentially. I guess as audience we get too much into the whole drama 😅
He is on the dark side, Nam Gil plays the hero, if that was your question. This type of stories have non conclusive…
Well, there is only one Veronica Park 😂 But I get it, had it been Bane or Joker, would have made more sense. Plus, I see more negative than positive reviews for this one and given how much I actually like Lee Hyun Wook and Kim Nam Gil, an average series won't do their talent justice - so might just pass on this one, or watch it when I do not have any other shows to watch.
considering the situation there might not be..who knows
Oh - okay! The whole affair is so sad. I really hope for better days - where we condemn the act and pray that the doers are given a chance to reform, and not judge them harshly.
YIIIIIIPPPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Not the OST songs/instrumental version of it.

What a great way to start 2024!

Not entirely but I found some similar facial features

Lee Byung Joon as Oh Hyun Seok still saying his group Daeyoung is better than Soonyang #loyalty
Did you watch both versions - if so, then can you share what are the things you liked in Chinese and Korean adaptation? (I don't mind spoilers)

Like they chose their partners and left, but what about the ones who are left?
No commentary either to give a proper conclusion...
