I keep seeing this come up in BL or LGBT lists. Is there something I'm missing, or are a lot of people just confused? It looks like a het series to me.

Ah okay, I saw some of that too but interpreted it differently. I see where you're coming from, but my knee-jerk reaction was that this is a mix of homophobia/heteronormativity along with people being into misery porn. I'm guessing a good portion of the people angry about the sweet moments at the end wanted a downer ending. So many people were getting off on that, I swear. The whole "Ohm can't be a bottom" thing, though, is definitely heteronormativity and sexism. I think we were both just confused because so many people are gushing and getting excited. But yes, there are always going to be people who freak out because of their personal preferences. It's definitely irritating when you run across someone being pushy about their tastes.

Also, lol, "seggs?" I'm wondering how many of these people are 12 or something. Then again, I was a super hormonal and curious 12-year-old, so what do I know? XD

Right, we have to remember that a lot of people on here are from all over the world, and many of them don't speak English as a first language. Things can get lost in translation.

I think that person was implying that he didn't actually ruin it. He came up with a new plan that might be better. But honestly, I get frustrated with him too.

I don't think it's unusual either, I was just mentioning the emphasis on where he got the apartment, which seemed odd to me. If he comes from money, why would he have to explain where he got it? So it felt like the narrative was drawing attention to it.

I'm very excited for this after Bad Buddy, and because I love EarthMix, but I wonder if it's possible for it to have a happy ending in the sense that most of us would want. The cheating aspect makes it hard to root for them to end up together. I'll be interested to see how it's handled. Unlike Bad Buddy, where the tone didn't at all suggest a sad or bittersweet ending, I'm definitely getting the "we can't be together, but we learned a lot and will always love each other" vibe from this one.

I saw an update about them getting a second series this year. I hope it's accurate!

It's listed as airing in April. Did you see an update that suggested March?

Oh? Where did you read that? I figured Star and Sky would replace Not Me, but either way, I hope we get some serious confirmation soon. I saw that they'd supposedly confirmed for April 8th just yesterday, but as I don't speak Thai, all of my information is second hand. :(

Sorry, I wasn't trying to be harsh, I just get frustrated because those rumors spread so much and there's nothing actually backing them up. I get that they don't want to be sad, but it feels like they're adding to a toxic environment by reinforcing these homophobic suggestions, if that makes sense. I think sometimes people take quotes out of context, and other times they just make it up, but many of us don't speak Thai, so we just accept what we hear, even without a source or proof. I get it, it's tough. But 99.999% of actors that are "never doing BL again" according to the fandom end up doing BL again 20 minutes later. Take those comments with a grain of salt.

Wooooooow, okay, you're obviously just a troll. English is a very hard language (just like Thai is very hard for me), and I can't always understand what you're trying to say. It wasn't an insult, just an explanation as to where we may be disconnecting. But I guess the real issue is your argument is weak, so you attack people and try to insult them instead. That makes you look very immature and embarrassing. Don't leave a review if you can't tolerate the slightest bit of criticism or contradiction. Best of luck to you.
