Title Not One Less Spoiler
If you got any links please help out
I've watched it years ago (rented a dvd) and watched it again raw.
Of course, didn't understand a word, but I remembered most of the plot, so it was easy to follow. Sorry for not being of help...

It may be ur bias partly but the real u liked it bcz japanese make anything with their heart n the emotions are…
It true that some j-dramas invest more on emotions and conveying social messages, and do it in the most compelling way, but there are also many k-dramas that are also successfully provoking.
I'm trying to find and enjoy the best each country has to offer ^^

On A First Farewell Feb 15, 2021
An interesting and insightful documentaristic presentation of the Uyghur minority, their everyday life, tradition and struggles, through the eyes of three kids, their friendship and families.
Beautiful landscape scenes and naturalistic filming of these kids playing are among the film's strengths.

Title Not One Less
Nostalgic, emotional and equally funny, inspiring but not didactic.
A realistic depiction of the harsh everyday life of rural China in the 90s, with lots of cleverly buried messages/criticism, and a wonderful red-cheeked girl playing a stubborn child teacher.

A hidden gem: gripping, unique, original, kickass, grey and very engaging.
For mature, not for the faint of heart audience -as it has many violent, raw and disturbing scenes-, with great story, acting, visuals, music.
For the ones who liked "Bad Guys" this is highly recommended!

A warm, nostalgic road-movie (bicycle-movie to be precise) with magnificent scenery and depiction of everyday life in rural China of the early 80s.

On I Have a Date with Spring Feb 5, 2021
A peculiar movie that mixes many genres in a very intriguing way through the non-overlapping stories of some neglected and lonely misfits and their longing for happiness.
Compelling performances and poignant cinematography that beautifully depicts the eerie but serene apocalyptic atmosphere, which surprisingly evokes a sense of optimistic catharsis.

"We are all doomed. So let’s all go nicely. Beautifully."

Subtle, quiet slice of life story of an unconventional, organic romance between two aching souls.

Beautiful cinematography and delicious traditional Japanese sweets, but, unfortunately, the stiff acting -especially from the FL-, the lazy writing and the repetitive flashbacks made this drama feel like a chore somehow.

Superb work and presentation, dear friend!
Even though I'm not a devoted fan of c-dramas, I'm tempted to check some of the ones you mentioned!

An interesting samurai movie, spiced with financial corruption and a tragic love story.
Balancing between intense, excellently choreographed swordfights and picturesque calm scenes, this beautifully filmed and edited movie may not be as fast-paced as expected, but nonetheless a solid, entertaining watch.
