Seo hae represents Sisyphus. She has been going trying to save Tae sul for all of time. She's stuck in this time loop of trying to save Tae Sul, failing, dying, and a new Seohae finds the diary...and the whole process repeats. In the greek myth, Sisyphus is forced to push a boulder up a mountain and get it to the top. The boulder represents her trying to save Tae sul and the top of the mountain would be her successfully saving Tae sul. However, whenever Sisyphus got the boulder to the top, it would just roll to the other side, and he was stuck doing this for eternity. That's exactly what's happening with seo hae.

i just don't pay attention during those classes and watch sisyphus instead unless i have a test which unfortunately happened today so it took me a little longer but i still finished it abt half way through my 5th period.

Wow i complete forgot abt daylight savings so I was super excited to watch episode 9 of sisyphus and imagine the disappointment I felt after realizing that I have to wait another hour :'( to make it worse I have a test in my 4th period so I can't finish the episode until after i finish my test (but i will start the drama in my 3rd period bc sisyphus is more important than school)

he also had more chemistry with eunbi like it just didn't make sense. why don't the fl's in kdramas ever have any taste?!?! he was always there for her and it just hurt my soul to see him cry. haha i love how we're talking abt a completely different drama ?

aside from what happened to the SML (taekwang), school 2015 was actually pretty good. I'm don't really like romances too much (with the exception of a few dramas) and i prefer to watch dark kdramas with romance as a side plot, but i still enjoyed it (aside from the ending that is). The ml is one of the most one demential characters ever and them being endgame made no sense and it came across as him being like "i've been in love with your twin sister for years and you're like a nicer version of her so ig i'll like you now." It was rlly funny how TK was the SML (plus she didn't pick him) yet they won best couple ? . He was my worst case of SLS.

Love alarm falls under the category of romances I'll never watch so i've never actually watched it but ik what happens bc my friends vent to me abt it. I just came on here to see what the rating was bc of the response that the drama got. I had a feeling she would choose HY bc of the webtoon ending and the clips of the ending in s1 that I saw (plus the trailers for s2).

yeah he i agree he was a ML in s1 but overall HY is the ML. School 2015 did something similar. The SML got significantly more screen time and romantic scenes with the FL but the FL still chose the ML (even tho it didn't make any sense imo) and ironically enough the FL was played by the same actress.

I never called him pathetic nor do i feel as if he is pathetic. You're correlating fame and fortune with happiness and those two things don't go together automatically. I'm not even sure if you read what i said bc i literally said that I don't want them to be together. I don't even want her with him bc she doesn't deserve him. Forget romance for a second...she wasn't even a good friend to him. Seojun was the person that people depended on but he didn't have ppl that he could truely depend on. In my comment I said close friends...I didn't say friends. There's a difference in having ppl that you call you're close friends and friends. At surface level yes he had these ppl around him but at the end of the day he couldn't rlly go to them. Seojun lied to jk and told her to go see suho b4 he leavs again and then he walked away, ran up the stairs, and started crying while thinking of his memories with jk. It wasn't even that that upset me. He was alone. I said this in my comment he was crying ALONE. He didn't have anyone to go to abt this. He was the type of person that ppl went to but he didn't have ppl to go to. Of course I would tell him that he has better things and ppl ahead of him in the future if we were friends irl, but the issue is that he didn't have anyone that he could confine in. I'm a firm believer that you don't need a romantic partner in order to be happy so i'm not dwelling on that. I just wanted to see him move on and find some form of genuine happiness. I also don't believe that fame gives you happiness. It does quite the opposite if you're being realistic. It takes a huge toll on you.

I don't go on youtube to watch videos abt dramas. I'm in a couple kdrama grp chats on sc with ppl all over the globe and we've talked abt this matter. There were even ppl who liked suho more who agreed. I've also seen many ppl make tiktoks abt it that appeared on my fyp and I was scrolling through comments and having discussions with these ppl. I never made the claim that everyone would've been happy had they showed him moving on. There are ppl who wanted jk to be with seojun and refuting that is just unintelligent. I said it before and I'll say it again. Jk doesn't deserve seojun. Them showing im move on def wouldn't have changed the minds of those ppl who are doing all that but it would've changed the minds of a lot of ppl and it wouldn't have hurt them to show it. There are a lot of ppl who just wanted to see him happy. You can't call it a happy/hopeful ending when you were better off in ep 1. Go back an watch ep 1 and compare the characters to how they are in the finale. Seojun is the only character who was better off before. I find that I'm repeating myself a lot here and I'm questioning if you even read what I said.

I never said I was offended or anything of that sort. You were misconstruing what she said to make it seem like she was telling you not to comment (which she wasn't). I personally wouldn't have liked it if jk ended up with seojun bc of the way she treats him. its not inherently bad or anything its just that she wasn't even there for him when they were friends, I can't imagine them in a relationship. I just wold've liked him to have moved on and seen him become happy. He was always there for everyone yet no one was rlly there for him and thats why ppl say justice for seojun. I also don't get how ppl can insinuate that him debuting as an idol is a happy ending when it isn't. Even when he was with Seyeon and suho, it was more of a "let's do this as friends" than it was him being passionate abt it. he didn't have any drive to become an idol throughout the drama so spinning it off as HIS happy ending doesn't make sense when he's not even happy.

it rlly is crazy how ppl will hate on her for anything and i've seen her in some interviews and she seems so sweet. I'm glad that she's successful and i hope she continues to grow and branch out in her career, and i hope she's genuinely happy. (kinda just realized i say genuinely a lot)

I don't think you realize that most ppl who like seojun didn't even want jk to be with him. I've spoken to many seojun fans and they've said they just wished he got a happy ending. Most would agree that jk doesn't deserve seojun bc she wasn't even a good friend to him. You mentioned that he had great friends but he really doesn't. seojun didn't have any close friends or someone who he could've gone to with his problems. he was literally crying on the stairs alone. seojun was the only character who ended up in a worse place than when he started. you can go back and compare the characters based on how they started vs the ending. he's the only character who is visibly sadder. I don't think there were may ppl that genuinely thought seojun would've been endgame and it honestly wouldn't have made sense bc of the way they set up the episodes and it was a matter of seojun moving on and becoming actually happy. even soojin had a redemption arc and growth and is doing better despite her actions. When someone says "justice for seojun" they don't necessarily mean that he should've been endgame. They most likely mean that he should've gotten an actual happy ending.

your last sentence is also rlly ironic. you're telling @ZealousZen154 to not tell ppl to stop commenting (when they didn't even say that) but then proceed to tell them not to comment. They said not to comment things like that under someones comments. It comes off as dismissive despite your intentions. You're allowed to comment whatever bc that's how discussions work but there is still a proper way to have good discussions.

the webtoon is still on going but yeah you're right jugyeong never dated suho before he left (in the webtoon) I also stopped reading mid seojun and jugyeong's relationship but i do know what's happening. After suho returned she kept dating seojun for a bit but they end up breaking up...then later on she started dating suho and as of rn she broke up with suho and now she likes some other guy (idk his name). A lot of people dropped the webtoon cause its just being dragged out at this point

they kind of switched their personalities in the drama. Their "vibe" remained the same (in terms of bad boy vs academic/good guy) but their personalities were flipped. It's to the point that webtoon suho resembles drama seojun more & webtoon seojun resembles drama suho more. I've talked to a lot of other ppl and a lot of people that were team suho in the webtoon, became team seojun in the drama and vise versa.

if there isn't like a specific thing then I'd say just continue watching bc they will explain everything in due time.

People rlly hate her for no reason and it sucks. She's just doing her job so theres no reason for people to hate her this much. I actually am currently watching The Call. I watched her in #ALIVE and now i'm watching The Call. I rlly like it based on what i've seen so far but it is taking me longer than i'd like it to bc i'm watching multiple things at once + doing school work. She is a talented actress and I just wish ppl would stop being so hateful for no reason.

I actually got into an argument with someone bc I made a comment (on tiktok) saying she's over-hated and that she doesn't have scandals & 2 ppl got mad and replied to comment. One person said she DID have scandals so I asked him what they were. They started to get hesitant and said that they don't know abt the legitimacy of these scandals but I asked them to tell me nonetheless. They said that she had RUINED an idols life. That's a pretty big deal and a huge accusation. I instantly went to work looking for anything to prove the existence of this "scandal" and there wasn't a single article or anything of that sort related to it. I searched for abt an hour trying different key phrases and still NOTHING. When i said that to them, they said that they just heard that and they might be confusing PSH for someone else. I-....how are you going to make such bold accusations (especially of that size) and then not be able to back that claim up. The other person just made a bunch of excuses for why they don't like her and it was basically just them complaining that she does her job (aka act like a character that they don't like). ppl are rlly pathetic geez.

everything is so beautifully done on Beyond Evil and its honestly so amazing. It was shocking to see so many ppl saying its boring when it rlly isn't. I get that maybe it isn't your cup of tea but you should probably be able to recognize when you don't like certain types of sows. Psychological thrillers aren't the type of shows that are extremely fast paced and Beyond Evil has great pacing.

The rating actually just went up to an 8.2...which still doesn't do it the justice it deserves but its a start

if anything her invoking such strong emotions proves just how much of a wonderful actress she is.
