I don't think they're taking it in the second ML route. I'm pretty sure they're doing two couples kinda like how business proposal was. That's just a guess tho but it seems more likely based on the character dynamics.

I just recovered from the death of a side character that got like no screen time. we didn't even learn his name until after he died.

I didn't have any strong emotions towards vincenzo (neither good nor bad) but after tjhe last episode...just anger. idk y but whenever vincenzo would start preaching, I wanted to just punch him. I hated how he'd try to take the moral high-ground like sir sit down. Vincenzo was a worse when compared to han seo. Han seo's only "crime" (if you can even call it that) was remaining silent but like he was being abused so.....meanwhile vincenzo out here brutally murdered so many ppl (though they were bad ppl to begin with). The writers killing him off bc it was "befitting" is just straight up stupid. whoever made the decision to kill him off...fuck u. That was just so unnecessary and painful.

that's what upset me too. He wasn't even mentioned after he died aside from that scene where vincenzo said "apologize to your brother." Another thing that upset me was how his death was 100% preventable. The injuries was inevitable but death was not necessary. When han seo was fighting han seok (like any of times he was fighting him off), if vincenzo helped han seo fight han seok....cha young wouldn't have been shot and han seo wouldn't have died. Instead of helping, he cradled cha young despite her not having any injuries (yet) and then he tried to abandon han seo and leave him to fight han seok alone (aka leaving him to die). However that decision led to a lot of chaos. Han seo couldn't fight him alone and he got knocked to the ground and shot for the second time. Then cha young got shot while covering vincenzo. Han seok aimed at vincenzo & cha young again but han seo got up and pointed the gun at himself. During that whole situation vincenzo just sat there cradling cha young. I get that he liked her but literally the whole situation was avoidable. Don't get me wrong I loved the ending but that situation just rlly frustrated me.

How are they gonna cut scenes from one thats sad to one that's supposed to be cute...with no break in between. These things need a natural progression.

yeah its understandable that he's more attached to cha young but han seo gave his life for them. He took not one, not two, but THREE bullets to save them. If it wasn't for han seo, vincenzo wouldn't have been able to find han seok. Han seo put himself in the line of danger all the time for them and in the end he gave his life for them so it just hurt that Vincenzo seemed slightly indifferent. Cha young actually seemed to be more affected. She asked han seo if he was okay and she seemed genuinely sad when he got shot (she said his name and cried).

So netlfix was actually kinds off with their translations on that bc this is what was actually said.
HS: "I did a great, right?"
V: "Yes, you did a great...dongsaeng (little brother) jang han seo"
I'm not sure if that makes a difference for you but it did make a slight difference for me bc that more affectionate than "You deserve to be my little brother." Netflix doesn't use the korean terms like "oppa" "hyung" "ahjussi" and in this case "dongsaeng". I think that's why they replaced him saying "dongsaeng jang han seo" with "you deserve to be my little brother."

OMG SAME!! I was expecting for them to hold a funeral for him or some type of thing to honor his memory but nope. I thought that either Vincenzo or Cha young would do it but that didn't happen and it just made me feel like he died for nothing. Ik that's not true bc none of this would've been possible if it wasn't for him but it still hurts my soul that they didn't do something to show their appreciation for him and his sacrifice.

right and i also was upset with how the scenes cut from han seo dying to cha young and vincenzo having a romantic moment in the hospital...like I'm still grieving and they cut to that. I wanted to turn it off and just go back to bed but I pushed through those urges.

I'm also upset about han seo dying. Mr. Lee was stabbed in the chest and he survived yet han seo didn't. I thought i was the only one bothered by the fact that their relationship seemed slightly one sided. Even when han seo got shot in the gut in order to protect them, Vincenzo was more focused on cha young who's only injury was in her shoulder....meanwhile han seo was shot three times and had a head injury. han seo deserved better.

the girl is also a vampire. vampires are known to have really pale skin.

if you don't like a character just say that...it's really not that hard. Sun was the first person that Seo hae interacted with. He gave her food and when she collapsed he took her to his house and made her breakfast (despite the fact that she threatened him). He helped her get a train to go to the confrence. At the party seo hae was shot in the leg and unable to fight and if sun hadn't shown up, she would've died there. He took her to his house, got his sister to dress her wound, and gave her food again. He always helped her if she needed it. He saved her life in ep 15. idc if you don't like him bc you can like or dislike whoever you want...but that doesn't mean he's a useless character who did nothing.
I can say exactly what you've said about a bunch of characters and that doesn't make it true.
"President Park is a useless character. All he ever does is clap his hands and dramatically enter a room."
"bingbing is a useless character. all she ever does is complain about things."
"Seojin is a useless character. all she ever did was talk about her mom."
I don't think these characters are useless but this is just to show you how you sound.

For me I think its kind of a bitter-sweet ending at least in regards to TS and SH. TS seemed happy and we know they did both love each other. In his speech he talked about how he always knew this was the only way but he's been trying to find a way around it but there's no other way. I feel bad for them but not too bad. their sacrifice saved millions of people and at least they're happy even if they're not actually together.

you can't have a time paradox without a time machine. If the uploader still existed then it would defeat the entire purpose of killing himself. Even if there was a time paradox, he wouldn't know seo hae so he can't hallucinate someone he doesn't know. Tae Sul can't be alive because then the war would still happen. If the uploader doesn't exist then seo hae (the one he knows) won't be able to exist either. It also means you can't have a time paradox or time loop because you need to time travel in order for that to be possible. Since the uploader doesn't exists any person who came through it also disappears so that guarantees that there is no other version of tae sul that could be alive. They showed the plane scene after doing a close up of his dead body so that further supports my point. The lighting in that scene also proves m point. Think of how the lighting is done in other shows when something isn't real/is a hallucination/related to the after-life.

RIGHT! like i was thinking abt how at the amusement park they met and she asked him if she knew him and he said no....now she'll never get to know him. That part is rlly sad but i try not to focus on it too much.

She no longer exists and he's dead so I mean there isn't anyone for her to recognize cause she doesn't even exist and he's dead. At least the nine year old her can live a life with both of her parents alive and she won't be forced to grow up quickly. Maybe it was just me but it rlly made me sad when she was so young yet being taught how to shoot a gun and fight. She was forced to grow up quickly and now she won't have to live alone without her parents and she will get to enjoy her childhood. I think it rlly damaged her (wow i'm such a genius for stating the obvious). TS mentions how shes always so serious and never smiles and that has to do with her upbringing. Now she'll get to grow up like a regular kid. TBH i consider the ending a happy one because everyone is happy in the end. even tae sul is happy in his "after-life". In terms of romance it had a bitter-sweet ending but that was to be expected bc they were star-crossed lovers.

yeah tae san woke up bc the war/uploader was the whole reason he was in that situation so without that, he woke up. I've been racking my brain for a better word than hallucination/dream or heaven and all I could get was "after-life". that's as close as I could get to an accurate word. For it to be a hallucination or dream, he would have to be alive but he's not. It doesn't exactly fit the description of heaven either. Tae Sul is basically living out his greatest desire which is to take seo hae to hawaii (like he's always planned to take a girl if he ever fell in love) and be with her.

btw this isn't me saying that the show didn't have plot holes bc it did but it def isn't to the extent that you're making it out to be. Plot holes are to be expected when watching a show with time travel. Time travel is an impossible troupe to include and not have plot holes. The thing about time travel is the rules are always different. you can never apply your knowledge from another show with time travel, onto another show. The rules change. Time travel is a highly difficult troupe to work with so you should enter a show with the expectation of plot holes (if it has time travel) bc it's going to be there regardless of how great the writers are or aren't.
