Yes, the first season introduces most of the characters, gives you all the tea and drama and the dynamics of the characters' relationship etc. But at the same time, you might be able to just infer what happened in the first season from clues in the second? Or you can even read a detailed summary on what went on? Idk where you can find that though lol :(

I hate waiting for new episodes but at the same time I just can't stop being curious so I ended up watching the first episode and it's great. I personally think waiting is better but the anticipation of waiting for the next episode is also pretty fun.

I personally really like this cringeyness and silliness. I'm just happy we're finally getting a popular Korean BL without too serious of a plot. I feel like SK has the same reputation as China when it comes to making 'BLs' cause they often have really sad stories with sad endings. While WYEL did sort of stray from that, it still had pretty deep aspects and plot points. It's a nice break from all of that. I don't think there's anything extremely Not Korean about it as some have mentioned in the comments, I think that sentiment just comes from what I mentioned earlier about it being lighthearted unlike a majority of gay themed media from SK. I do hope that this isn't the only type of BLs coming out of SK in the future though lol. I want to see more lengthy and deep plots that aren't completely revolved around the romance only like straight dramas? Idk lol

Attacked first? I literally didn't specifically mention them or anyone else. I said "all the people" and gave a better way of criticizing the show. The second reply was more aggressive to match the tone innit replied with to my comment. You're so delusional. Stop pushing your OPINIONS as fact. How good one finds a show is subjective. If you weren't so conceited as to think your personal biases and opinions are fact, maybe you would actually come up with something constructive to say. No one said you aren't allowed to like one over the other, but there is a different way to go about that. You having to bring up another show just to praise the one you like just goes to show your own insecurities. Aww, are you mad because oxygen has racked up far more popularity than MGAYG :(((

Exactly ! All the people who feel the need to point out that it's better than oxygen or worse than oxygen need to stop comparing the two. They are both BLs but their premise and storyline are completely different and aren't even made by the same company. If you don't like either one, give actual constructive criticism not showing obvious bias and comparing the two like they're in some 'Best Currently Airing BL' competition.
