I think he is not under the spell. I feel the senior is the one that drank the portion. It might be to prove that the love spell will work only if the one drinking it already has some kind of feelings for her. Since the senior don't have any feelings for hong yo it didn't affect him. That might be the twist of the love spell indicating shin yu's feelings are not just because of the love spell.
The gardener is behaving like the typical perverted psycho stalker. Even if it's the love spell how does it justify him stealing her pajamas? That's a total perverted move and he also tries to get physical with her. The ML never made her uncomfortable with his advances.

I doubt the other two will side with her. They are gossip moguels and a little dumb but don't come off as malicious or the planning and plotting kind. At the start one came up looking for hong Jo when she didn't return from the haunted house and they came to her side in the last epsiode when the attacker pushed her to the ground. They both show basic concern for hong Jo even though they are not exactly friends with her.

They both drank it but the ML never tried to intimidate her or try to be physical with her. His advances starts and ends with cheesy flirty lines.
I think the love portion only amplifies the inner feelings of the person. Like shin yu already had an attraction towards hong Jo, the plantation guy might have an obsession with hong Jo since she reminded him of his dead wife. If the senior of Hong Jo drank it, it might not have worked as he don't have any sort of attraction or feelings for her. At max he would have openly appreciated her for being a good civil servant as he knows she is good at her work but never acknowledged it because of their bitter past and over compensated for being rude to her by supporting her and being overly nice to her.

The ML needs to know that before anyone else. Seems like her father is also corrupted from the way he is close to that jackass businessman shin yu saved in the first episode.

I don't think anything will happen there. The mother and father seems to have their own weird way of loving each other. They might be the end game. As of now the mother only needs the father to give her attention like how the friend does.

He seems to be an emotionless person and he jokes about it in a robotic manner as well. So he is self aware and that's how he is supposed to be. An AI robot.
He seems to be genuine atleast at his job or else he wouldn't have brought in shin yu to the public office. He seems to be way too matured for the lead's silly antiques 🤣

I am liking the love story blooming between the office seniors of Hong Jo. It's cute.
Also the equation between shin yu's parents is funny. Are the mother and shin yu's friend gonna develop feelings?

The sfl clearly is just acting to be nice to Hong Jo. She is not liking that hong Jo is not reciprocating to her fake sweetness. I like how hong Jo took a slight dig at sfl 🤣

Seems like the leads will tell the SML about the spell.
In the precap he was asking shin yu if he is pretending it's all because of the spell and he for real was attracted to Hong Jo from the start. Seems like the SML is smarter 🤣

But he is trying to force himself to be with his gf so that he will eventually forget his feelings for hong Jo. He is fighting against the destiny. He even started drinking hoping he won't think about her if he looses his conscious.
He also thinks that if it wasn't for the spell he would have still been with his gf.

Watched 6-7 episodes and this drama is as basic as it can get. Nothing exciting but nothing too disappointing as well. I think if it wasn't my love for junho I would have dropped it in the first 2-3 episodes itself. Even his character or acting is not something worth mentioning esp after seeing him in the red sleeve and being completely in love with his character and acting.
I can watch yoona in movies but not in dramas. She is very boring and plain for a kdrama lead.
Atleast other basic rom coms likes business proposal had a lot of comedy and both the female leads in BP were interesting and funny and crazy. Sa rang is just so vanilla. I guess the only thing I liked about sa rang is her wardrobe which is comparitively better compared to other middle class female leads.
Till ep 6-7 there has been only 2-3 scenes where I actually felt like laughing. The ML and his friend are the only comic relief.

Same. I don't know why a lot of people want the leads to be perfect and smart and intelligent all the time. Esp female characters. They get too much hate for being vulnerable. Only the rude b*tchy one with great wardrobe who gives badass vibes are acceptable nowadays. Even then there will be people calling these characters out for not being empathetic or nice enough. The nice and empathetic ones are called out for being doormats.
