I think this was the ending all along, it’s just that they never expected the chemistry to be so off the charts…
i think this was a closed script because the scenes in the city seems to be shot at the start as the people on the streets were not wearing think winter clothes were as the actual shooting ended in dec last or jan starting when its extremely sold... i think they shot choi jin hyuk's scenes all together at the start...
So sad new. Another random idol guy coming to occupy the place and making it flat, instead of a real actor. Kpop…
d.o is among the very few idol-actors who have both critical acclaim and commercial success... he has been part of some really successful movies and the korean general public appreciates his acting skills... he only did 1 drama as a lead and that is among one of the highest rated tvn dramas...
I realized we will never have satisfying ending for everyone. This was a decent one.
i dont think there is a drama where everyone is satisfied... if the king dies then a lot of people will hate it, if so bong stays as she is then BH in the present will live in a vegetative state forever, if SY dies and only BH stays inside the body then also the king will miss a part of the queen and if they both die and BH goes back to the present then it will be a bigger tragedy than moonlovers and BH will never be able to move on or be happy becuase he is attached to both the king and the queen and their death will also make the lives of every person BH cared about miserable... court lady, HY, king's friend and cousin, the chef everyone might be executed by the kims... will go completely against the genre of the drama... this is supposed to be sageuk comedy and make the viewers(majority) happy and not make people cry their eyes out at the end...
Ok, so we all knew the ending could go in two different ways. Whatever the ending was, some people would have…
exactly... whether its SY or BH who leaves, the king will always miss a part of sobong... with BH, he had antoher life to live and thats where he belonged...
watch it on your own and decide for your own... dont get influenced by other people's opinion or pov... if you…
since you decided to binge watch, you might not feel the frustration and irritation some of us felt for the characters... so you might enjoy it more...
The ENDING. Many are unsatisfied. Many are satisfied. I'M IN THE TEAM OF SATISFACTION.I guess the body swap happened…
Exactly... If so young left the body completely and only Bh stayed then also the king will feel like something is missing... It's not just the other way around... Also king always had feelings for the queen... So bong started showing some kind of consideration towards the king only after the soul merge and before that when the body was completely dominated by BH, the queen didn't care that there is a king in the palace...
Biggest misleading plotline was the Han villain guy of the cook. I mean his exact copy appears in Joseon? And…
I have read that after the cast system was abolished, people from lower cast took ups surnames of the upper cast and the reason why korea has so many people with surname Kim and park is because most of them chose that surname the most... So the han guy in the present might not be the decendant of the han Bh met in the joseon...
a high society woman who is trained to be the queen of the country since young and that too in the joseon era…
It's fiction and isn't exactly that they showed? Wasn't the FLs who roam around as men very unlady like... For example empress ki... It was fictional even though based on a real person... iu in moonlovers wasn't exactly the ladylike person that the men of that time thought of...
damn the comments here. this was on my watchlist since it started airing but i didnt wanted to pick it up while…
watch it on your own and decide for your own... dont get influenced by other people's opinion or pov... if you think you can connect with the leads then the drama is a good watch for you and if you cannot just drop it... anyway its only 30mins per episode...
Lessons for Korea's TV writers: let your female characters be naturally and unapologeticaly loud, abrasive, opinionated…
a high society woman who is trained to be the queen of the country since young and that too in the joseon era will be very ladylike and will talk in a certain manner and way and wont be running around lifting her skirts... even the royal family of this generation wont be shouting or loud and will be very gentleman/lady like and still has a dress code to maintain... the posture and the manners is something that had to be maintained by someone of that level... even in this generation we cannot expect the president or prime minister( regardless of the gender) to behave in an informal way and be unapologeticaly loud... even while down grading the opposite party they will be using the most formal way possible unless the president is donald trump...
i think they shot choi jin hyuk's scenes all together at the start...
this was the best way possible for them to end it...
