ahn min hyuk aka min min from strong woman do bong soon - he added fuel to the rumours that he is gay so that girls dont approach him.

no ji wook from suspicious partner - gave a clear no and cold shoulder to his ex-gf when she tried to get back with him after cheating on him.

won deuk from 100 days my prince - he is literally uncomfortable with anything and everything.. didnt even touch his legally wedded wife and she got pregnant by someone else.. lol

the lead guy from sweet revenge

how to know if netflix is gonna take down a show?

If you like this genre, I suggest:- Nobody Knows (I fell in love whit the female lead, I love everything about…
thank you :)
i will check them out.. i think i will check out train first coz its only 12 episodes.. suspense thrillers are better when they are shorter..
i also watched signal after 365

i wont say his kissing scenes are bad but its basic.. not very memorable like ji chang wook ,park seo joon, yoo…
that also... there are only very few actors who mastered the kissing scenes.. like the ones i named earlier.. even if they dont have chemistry with the female lead the kissing scene will always be topnotch..

can someone spoil the ending
its a romantic suspense thriller.. spoilers for suspense thriller takes away half of the content of the show

I love this series HOWEVER i am very disappointed with the kissing scenes. This is tje 3rd drama I've watched…
i wont say his kissing scenes are bad but its basic.. not very memorable like ji chang wook ,park seo joon, yoo yeon seok, gong yoo, jo jung suk kissing scenes.. older actors are better at executing kissing scenes..
out of the actors in their 20s i guess i can only remember yoo seung ho as a good kisser.. his kissing scenes in i am not a robot and my stranger hero were good..

You forget something very important!!!The unnecessary falls of Female lead. She accidentally falls on the male…
thats not just kdramas.. female leads of rom-com are universally clumsy.. they fall right into the arms of the male lead and will have an eyelock lasting for few minutes..

A couple of other things I have noticed in dramas are adults pinky swearing, a lot of shirts with English words…
i guess ram head towels in the sauna is a korean thing and they show that because thats how koreans wear their towel in sauna for real,

How many of these “kdramas suck” articles do we really need? They are getting redundant, we get it.
these cliches are mostly seen only on rom-com kdramas and not on other genre and these cliches are in almost all asian rom-coms whether its chinese or japanese or thai or korean.. infact the fish kiss is seen more in Chinese, Japanese and thai than in korean nowadays.. kdramas nowadays have better kissing scenes where the female leads are equally involved..

I am liking your comment just for the Second point. thank god someone agrees on it
ya absolutely... i never get when people say they get sls from swdbs.. for once the female lead let go off her childhood crush/first love and fell in love with the guy who treated her with respect and love.. guk do and bong soo had the childhood connection, rude guy-submissive girl, first love thing going which normally happens b/w main leads in kdrama..

Is a second ML, even a SML, if he gets the girl? Like, isn't he then the first ML? ^.^But i would LOVE to see…
exactly.. the second lead isnt a second lead if the female lead falls for him at the end.. i guess the only exception is the king loves but the story mainly focuses only on the male lead..

swdbs should be the last drama to have 2nd lead syndrome.. except for the character is played by jisoo there is no explanation for having SLS.. he was rude and bossy towards the female lead from the start and took her for granted.. it is one of the few times the girl chose the guy who treats her right.. in a typical kdrama world guk doo would have been the male lead and min-min the second lead..

I agree with your first sentence so much! I really cannot explain to my friends why I would never watch 9 seasons…
i have watched 10 seasons of friends for times i dont even remember..

the one cliche i hate the most is how the 2nd female lead is most of the times the selfish bitchy one.. on one hand 2nd male leads are the epitome of kindness and selflessness and on other hand, the 2nd female leads are the selfish, self-centered bitchy ones..
if she is the ex of the male lead then most likely she is the one who left him but when the ML decides to move on she comes back to claim him back like he is some kind of object she used to own..
it doesn't matter that most of the times the 2nd female leads are rich, educated and has a successful career, all that matters to these girls is the male lead. they crush their self-respect with their own high heels and goes after the ML even after multiple rejection and humiliation.

1. the length of the drama should be based on the genre of the drama.. like if a drama is purely a suspense thriller then it should be of 12 episodes like 365:repeat the year, i guess even rom-coms should be 12-14 episodes long.. most of the 16-20 episode long rom-coms end up being draggy in the 2nd half and at times have a rushed ending as well.. family dramas or multiple genre dramas or slice of life dramas which needs a slow pace at the start and historical dramas based on real personalities should be the only ones with 16-20 episodes or more..

2. the 2nd lead from swdbs dont deserve the FL as he himself ruined his chance with her.. he was the typical alpha male who thinks women needs to be protected and was always screaming at bong soo.. it was his fault that he never saw how do bong soo felt for him when literally everyone around her knew it.. swdbs is one drama where the male lead deserved the girl..

also, most of the times the second male lead is shown to be too good only to gain sympathy from the audience and most of them fall in love with the FL even after knowing she already loves someone else.. the only kdramas i felt the 2nd lead deserved better was school 2015 and reply 1988.. i watched both knowing the end and still felt bad for the 2nd ML.

3. hate fish kiss. thankfully nowadays kdramas have good kissing scenes.. dont remember watching any fish kiss in recent kdramas

4. as long as the childhood connection helps in moving the story forward i dont mind it.. i guess the childhood connection from wwwsk was unnecessary.. it contributed very less to the main story and except for the fact that the ML had a soft corner for the FL because of their childhood connection, it did nothing.. same with shopping king louis..
iotnbo childhood connection is understandable considering they both lived in the same town..
i guess most of the times kdrama uses the childhood connection even though its irrelevant to the story is just to show that the leads are destined to be together.. destiny and fate are one of the biggest cliches in kdrama..

5. breaking up and getting back together is a universal cliche of rom-com genre.. its not just limited to kdramas.. product placement as long as it dont ruin the flow of the drama is fine like them dinning at subway or dominos..
you forgot amnesia..

To be fair it's not rare to see the men have their song shirtless too or for them to rip their shirt just because…
from shahrukh khan to aamir khan to ranveer singh and varun dhawan almost all top stars have done songs shirtless or muscle revealing shirts.. srk did dard-e-disco and its purely an item song dedicated to his female fans.. tiger shroff might have done more shirtless scenes than with shirt..
