the drama has too many negative attitude characters without any reason. the ex-gf, the weird woman at the salon, the director/manager of do ha, do ha, HJ's father, HJ's brother (for some reasons i find HJ's brother more tolerable than the others.. his ignorance towards his colleagues is kind of funny) and now we have JH's mother as well..

also if they want the audience to believe that park do ha is the top star then at least put a guy who is believable as a superstar.. nor the actor playing doha nor the character has the charm to be a big star.. he clearly looks like the secondary bully in kdramas.. cast someone who is at least more good-looking than HJ and HH.. most of the successful kdrama actors are all about looks and this guy's face straight up tells he is an arrogant bully which he is but he shouldn't be looking like that since he is supposed to be lead in kdramas..

the director behaves like an a**hole just for the sake of having an a**hole in the drama.. he clearly hates do ha and clearly has a soft corner for HJ but behaviour towards the guys is opposite..

HJ and JH kissed in the last episode and did it in the next episode? they are without a doubt going in lightening speed for a kdrama couple.. considering how koreans react on dating of young actors/idols i can see how difficult it is gonna be for these two.. HJ is already getting busy and he wont be getting too much time to spend with her after hitting it big.. i just hope they dont show HJ getting arrogant as he becomes more famous..

the ex-gf without even meeting JH or seeing HH and JH's interactions found out HH has feelings for JH and that was extremely odd and weird and unrealistic... any good friend will try to kick out the ex who purposefully tried to gate crash an event to spread negativity and thats all HH did.. is she a law student or fortune-teller?

after all the obvious guesters by HH, JH never found out how he felt but a random ex has a 2 min conversation with HH and the cat is out of the bag.. its not even like the ex is close friends with HH..

whats most irritating is he never rubbed anyone the wrong way and still gets shit by those people//

korean drama/music industry will be the only industry that objectifies men more than women.. lol.. female leads rarely wear sleeveless dresses and the male leads will be roaming around in a towel.. its also because the majority of the kdrama/kpop fans are girls/women who watch it solely to see good-looking guys.. just look at the hallyu stars, half of them are not good actors and famous only because of their good looks..
on the other hand, korean movies dont have unnecessary shirtless or nude scenes of both genders because they are not selling glitz and glamour but the story and not targeting girls/women who want to see good-looking people.. even the lead actors might not be conventionally good looking..

also male actors going shirtless is not as harmful as female actors wearing revealing clothes or going topless coz men's character is not judged when they show their skin or looked down on but women's character comes into question... its the sad reality esp in conservative societies.. the better the body of the ML the more he gets appreciated.. shirtless scenes only helps in increasing their fans.. actors like park seo joon and ji chang wook were already famous when they did k2 and wwwsk, they dont need to be forced to go shirtless.. its not like these actors take their shirts off in every drama.. jcw haven't been shirtless for the last 3 dramas.. infact i guess healer and k2 are the only kdramas that intentionally showed his body.. park seo joon was a boxer in fight for my way so obviously he will have shirtless scenes and yes people do get thirst after taking a shower.. its not like we are drinking the water from the shower..
most of the korean actors act shy when asked about kissing scenes or shirtless scenes or chemistry with the FL.. if they are actually shy or just acting shy only they know.. its just their culture to be humble and shy..
kpop idols rip their shirts off on stage in front of thousands of female audience with confidence.. they aren't forced to do it.. the ones dont want to do it wont do it.. exo d.o dont even open the 2nd button of his shirt and no one can force him to take his shirt off in mvs or onstage whereas some of the exo members love to show their tonned body.. its mostly personal preference..

guys taking their shirts off and female celebrities( and at times male celebs as well) being forced to do favours are completely different and shouldn't be compared..

why isn't HH getting the hint.. the girl is not interested in him even the slightest bit. if she even noticed his behaviour its pretty obvious that the guy is into her.. like who runs that long and comes to you to say goodbye.. she literally turns blind when it comes to HH.. she is so oblivious towards him that i feel bad for him. he needs to stop trying to get her attention...

today it seems like HH is completely aware of his mother pulling the strings.. she asked him if he wants to be part of a movie/drama and he said yes and then she kept the phone.. if he ends up getting the role he clearly knows how he got it..

i was so happy when HJ's brother got scammed.. he and the father deserve it.. they dont leave a single opportunity to humiliate HJ and the grandfather but HJ didnt say anything to his brother after he screwed up..

i still don't get the ex-manager.. he irritates HJ whenever he can but is happy when he succeeds but still try to block his way but also praises him in front of others.. he is more fickle-minded that the cliche 2nd female leads in kdramas that dumb the male lead but still wants him back..

that hospital scene reminded me of romantic dr.kim ep 1..

i just finished watching this and loved it..
jo jung suk is always amazing in all the roles in have seen him in and this is the first time i didnt find yoona's acting bad..

i watched it 3-4 yrs ago and i think this was my first cdrama.. i dont remember much of the storyline now except for the overall story..
this one had an overly perfect male lead and overly unexpressive actress as FL.. its not like the actor was very expressive but he had 1 or 2 expressions whereas the FL was expressionless.. she looked like a doll who can blink..
like most of the dramas the vfx and technical aspect was good and like all cdramas all the characters had vampire complexion.. even edward cullen isn't as pale as cdrama actors..

the mother didnt physically abuse the father.. it was a misunderstanding.. everyone thought she used to hit him but she didnt.. it was revealed later on..

the lead in a kdrama is obviously not gonna be a serial killer.. he had personality disorder since he was young and seeing how emotionless he is his father thought he will be a serial killer like him but he was just emotionless not inhuman.. his father wanted him to be a serial killer but never really tried to make him.. he was just observing his son's actions and he realised his son is not gonna be like him.. the ML and his sister never knew what their father did till the police investigation..
he was closer to his sister than his father.. his sister is a loving person so he was more influenced by his sister than the father..
there is twist and suspense but this one is not extremely dark as this is a romantic suspense thriller with family into the mix.. so its not solely concentrating on the thriller and suspense aspect.. the main villain dont get revealed in ep 3 so there definitely is suspense to watch out for..

i personally loved the chemistry b/w the leads and the relationship they shared... but chemistry is subjective so its up to individuals to like or dislike the chemistry..

they showed that scene by all of them hugging and being happy as a family.. he already remembers bits and pieces even before seeing his daughter at the end and he clearly knows he cannot live without them.. thats why he asked ji won to stay and give him a second chance.. he started remembering thats why he went back to them and stopped being stubborn..

its pretty obvious that he will gain his memory little by little.. he already remembers some part of it and its clear to him that they meant the world to him..
its not like he is utterly clueless about both of them..
the ending pretty much made it obvious that they will have a happy life.. also they have already shown the audience all the family dynamo in the beginning itself.. in the final episode there wasnt any unnecessary scenes or dragging.. all the characters had closure and if they wasted another episode on just to show some happy scenes of the leads then it would have ended by being a drag and more people would have complained about dragging the serious..

the thing that proved with the amnesia is he always had the deep connection with them and no matter what he will always be drawn to ji won and his daughter will always be a part of him.. his body is used to them by now and they are encrypted on his heart..
for those 14 yrs he only showed what they wanted to see in him but the amnesia showed the real him to ji won and not baek hee sung.. he wasnt pretending anymore.. due to his disorder he can be insensitive to others which ji won never witnessed in baek hee sung..

ya.. we know she will eventually break up with her bf.. it happened both times and the leads ended up meating..

she is also shipped with almost all of her costars as well.. i guess she has crazy chemistry with her costars coz she gels well with people of all kind offscreen as well.. in all the bts of her shows, her costars adore her..
