Does this drama get better in later episodes?I've already watched 2 and half episodes and it's kinda boring for…
Yeeesssss, you will see it takes some time for them to become closer and grow into each other. It just makes sense because IU's character is this 1300 years old cold hearted women, and so it takes tons of effort for her to change and warm up towards ... everyone. The story line is just about it, her story, why is she like this, ,what actually happened to her and how hard it was to release her from her chains. At the end, you will love it, take it from someone that just cried an entire river in the last chapter. You'll love everyone's story and get attached to every single person working in the hotel with them. However, I understand you, the episodes are way too long and it takes some time to actually understand what is going on apart from the "this is a ghost hotel". So, what I did was to watch it with patience and that's how I ended loving it.
Yaaaas, record it again and I will gladly watch it. For me it was really uncomfortable to start it but now that we have a good actor for the whole show I will watch it for sure.
I am currently on episode 8 and I've some things to say: 1. I agree with everyone that in the first two episodes were no good, also, the FL was annoying 2. I love her, FL, right now, she is a very competent women, strong, independent, clever and talented, she is actually amazing at managing people. She had to grew by overcoming many things, her family, her grandma's death, her incompetent boyfriend, through all of that she become a better woman for herself and by herself, all in all she is amazing now. And I love that! to see a woman become a better version of herself? sign me up, I'm sold. 3. The ML, he got me with his looks from the very beginning but actually, he is more than just a childish guy or an immature heir, he is pretty smart, talented and kind, jesus, he is so kind, he is so nice, he is sweet and you can notice this from the very beginning so, I'm sold. 4. The plot is a bit meh, but is good, a good drama so far.
Nooooo I just started watching it and in just the first episode I'm already getting the second male syndrome. Her best friend is fucking awesome!!! T_T he is dreamy
I'm so glad they took their time looking for the ML, I'm so exited about this!
I love noona dramas and this is not her first time playing an older, executive, gorgeous woman. And Ki Yong is an expert when it comes to noona romance so I'm sure this drama will be a huge hit.
Song Hyo Kyo is 39 but she literally looks in her early 30s so who cares about the age gap, also this is not her first time with a noona drama, she is an expert and absolutely gorgeous.
Jang Ki Yong is highly qualified at playing noona romance, we all know this very well, he is an amazing actor and can have great chemistry with basically anyone,
The FL is a woman that has depression, she has her baby and he becomes the center of her life, her reason to live; they take away her baby and what do yo have? Jesus, that was cruel and now she has to overcome all of it and get her son back, she needs so much therapy.
And I hate so much the fact that they portrayed her as a mom that neglects her child just because she was diagnosed with depression, hell that was terrible
First episode and I'm hating this drama: 1st the males here are super abusive, angry and violent, dragging and punching people all the time. 2nd the dialogues: -do we know each other? -no lmao, dude, you two had a baby so... maybe? 3rd how weak this FL is, and a bit silly, any woman and responsible mother will fight anyone for their child, but, something important to keep in mind is that they said she has depression and for how it looks like... she didn't have a treatment yet, so, gonna keep looking maybe it gets better.
the first to episodes were a bit complicated to watch but after that you can notice that the ML is actually a caring person, he is not in love with her in a crazy way or because of her looks, he got to know her, her passion, her worries, her personality as time passed by so that's the reason why he loves her. On the other hand, The FL is getting more mature with the hardships she faces due to her ex-relationship. So for now, I'm on episode 7 and I've to say I am enjoying this a lot.
Now, I do expect some mental health caring over here because I'm noticing some characters do need it.
But after all they're still humans and have feelings my aunt herself got married to her teacher and now they're…
oh nononono I edited it, I was saying that for teachers irl who actually feel attracted to students from.... schools, like I've had those coworkers, I get it, my mistake, I edited it better
But after all they're still humans and have feelings my aunt herself got married to her teacher and now they're…
I get it, I mean If they are adults, and like they met and after some time they are not in a teacher/student relationship it is fine, go ahead. I find no problem with that, i.e this drama or "Find yourself" are amazing with managing the relationship. However, irl I've seen many things, like I met a professor who waited till the end of the semester to date a woman who was his student, that's fine. She was an adult and he waited after the end of the course because he didn't want to have any issues, like to put your feelings first while grading and gossip from students and get in trouble in college. But I've found in many schools irl, teachers taking advantage of students who are minors, or professors taking advantage of students that are in their class even if they are not minors... and that's what makes me extremely uncomfortable. Many dramas portrait this type of relationship and it can be super uncomfortable and dangerous
But after all they're still humans and have feelings my aunt herself got married to her teacher and now they're…
I saw a huuuge discussion below and that's why I said this, it is okay to date adult x adult and she was about to graduate so he didn't teach her at all, so its fine.
the problem with the student x teacher thing is that it is problematic for a professor, specially, to date a student who is taking his course because of gossip, when you grade them and put your feelings first, the rest of the students feeling less because you care more about your partner, etc, etc, etc., that's why colleges forbidden this, there is another drama with a similar pairing, it is amazing "find yourself" but it is the second couple

Plus: I'm a slut for "noona" dramas and this seem like one
