I think there is some confusion. They just released a 2nd trailer with more dialogue between the characters. My observation was from that. The drama is coming out on April 6th most likely around 6PM China Time

Don't know yet. Youku usually releases their big dramas around 6 PM China Time so expect it around that time

Is Bai Lu really dubbed? If she is, the dubber sounds so similar to Bai Lu that I have a tough time telling the difference

I think I might have misinterpreted some things in the translation. The translation I was reading was really messy with the pronouns all over the place. Like it would refer to Susu as she and then it would switch to he leading me to believe they were talking about some other character until a few pages later, I realized it was about Susu. This might have caused confusion for me.

I feel like it is more of a translation difference leading to interpretation difference. I understood that she eventually died (not right away but way later). The translations are really messy so it leads to difference in understanding.

From what I understood from the translation, they both die at different points of time and there is no child or pregnancy.

This is the happy ending. There is a sad one too. The novel has two endings. One is sad and the other one is happy. Let's see which one the show makers go with

I found the open ending of TSL to be so disappointing cause it was a romantic comedy throughout and near the end it decided to be a tragedy. Maybe the director has lost interest in making good endings given his recent track record with Blue whisper and TSL. Hopefully, TTEOTM won't disappoint. I would rather take a sad ending over an open one cause it feels like the makers could not think of an ending so they just left it open.

Hopefully TSL is just one off cause if every show started to do it then it would become really annoying.

The only reason I am holding out for a possible closed ending (happy or sad) is cause the director for this did General & I and Ice Fantasy which had satisfactory ends (meaning not open)

We can always revisit it after this ends if this has a sad end.

The way I am thinking about it, if this does have a sad ending then I will end up watching Love Is Sweet again as its soft sequel where they both got reincarnated😅. Hopefully though, it does have a happy ending.

Is the drama ending this week? On this page, it states that it is ending on April 12 with 16 episodes. On the MDL main page, it says that it is ending this week with 14 eps? Anyone know?

We all pretty much became fooled that the trailer was going to release today but got interesting pieces of information from the PC. Hopefully this does release on April 6 and we dont become fools again. LYX and Bai Lu have such amazing chemistry on screen and off screen😍. They seem so comfortable with one another. Cant wait. Fingers crossed 🤞
