Mundo/The King is such a scary villain. He really used their feelings for each other in the past to the point that he threatened to kill his brother and that's why Danshim betrayed him so that she can protect him. That whole scene was gut wreching, they didn't deserve that and if that wasn't enough we have Seyge remembering it and going straight to Seori. The writer knows how to make awesome last scenes.
Another insane episode and the one week torture begins again. I want to scream at the cliffhangers in every episode but they are so good and they leave you eagerly waiting for more. I can't even remember when was the last time that I was so excited for a kdrama.
Seori running to Seyge saying that he will protect him (unlike his stupid family) and that she's going to be okay as long as they're together and that she really shines with him echoing the words that he wrote her earlier is so poetic. Like that whole scene with the Disney song was so beautiful and it gave fairytale vibes. Also I really liked how she had her ''alone'' moments to deal with her feelings and her emotions, she needed that.
You know sh* is about to go down when you see Segye without his usual suits and having messy hair. I want to kiss the writer because every episode is better than the last. Angst here we come!!
Seori freaking out and running straight to the sea after they spend the night in that island and Segye running behind her to catch her. Bahahaha that man is never gonna rest beause of her (you go girl!!)
Dae Ho turning up corrupted and the lapdog of Cha Si Young 30 years later was such a shame since he started as a good young man wanting to bring justice. The moment he helped bury that child and chose his career over being an actual decent human it was over.
Seo Ji Won the only woman ever!! Badass, kind, loyal, smart and the only one who stood by Tae Joo. Cha Si Yeong, that man stayed the same till the end, even his nephew who seemed to geniunely love him couldn't change him. Once a piece of sh* always a piece of sh*. Not surprised that he didn't get punished along with the other officers for the child's case but I guess this is realistic, we see it everyday in the real world. Tae Joo, I hope he can find some peace now with his family. Also I really like that the last scene of the drama was him and Ji Won. The only thing that I would have liked better was to see a scene with Sun Yeong where she can apologise. Anyway, I think it was a very good drama with an excellent cast!!!
