Is it just me or does the FL lack conviction in her acting? I have seen her in other projs and I see that there could probably be some improvements. It's like she's reciting poems or something. I'm not hating though, but she could probably improve this bit.

ML is dumb af unlike our FL who is strategic and wise. FL is the reason why I keep watching and not dropping this off.

Gonna miss obsessing over a drama again. I don't need a recommendation lol it's very hard to find a very good plot with eye-catching leads and even villains with very good cinematography. You can't top this scheiße in a few months. it's taking me YEARS to find cdramas to obsess over (Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms, The Untamed, The Long Ballad to name a few). May the next drama find me again in a few years.

For now, I'm gonna soak the greatness that is POJ.

Absolutely riveting! Finished all 14 episodes in 1 night. Slept at 4AM lol I also love that Xue Ning is bad at guqin unlike the typical protagonist where she's an unparalleled beauty and super talented. Goes to show the slight flaws. 👍🏽

Came here from Lost You Forever because that drama woke me up again ever since my slumber after TLB. I might watch TLB again after LYF.

BUT just posting here again because TLB has been one of my favorite cdramas of all time, right up there with TMOPB and The Untamed.

I wish we had a reset button to forget a drama so we can watch it over and over. ♥️
