I'm sooo saddd!!! He is one of my favourite c-drama actors. I have been anticipating Night Wanderer for such a long time. He is a very fine actor and his loss will leave a huge gap in the C-ent industry. As much as I hope that he will come back from this, I know for a fact that the Chinese entertainment industry will not let this go so easily. I am actually so gutted.
I think they upload one episode everyday on their Youtube channel with good subtitle
They have better access to cdramas in South-East Asia compared to the rest of us. Yeah, I might do the same and keep mine with India even if it does change my YouTube completely!

I just had a look and it says that the playlist is unavailable even after connecting to Singapore and Japan through VPN. Do you know of any countries that do work?
Try Love and Destiny! It's set in almost the same world as TMOPB(they're related but only in terms of the worlds).…
Sounds good. I actually prefer older actors because I know that they'll absolutely nail their roles. I'll definitely add this to my Plan to Watch list. Thank you so much!
I've not watched Ashes of Love yet; however, I have had it on my Plan to Watch List for the LONGEST TIME. I don't know why I haven't watched it yet but I think I will do after I've finished Love and Redemption. :)

Oh right. I didn't really see a difference in the quality of their performances in both dramas. I thought they embodied their roles really well in both, so much so that I wouldn't be able to imagine anyone else playing Bai Fengjiu and Donghua Dijun!

I didn't think he could get more beautiful but then I watched some clips from Miss S. His visuals in republican-era attire is on ANOTHER level. I don't know what it is about republican-era costume but they make an already good-looking male lead look 100x more attractive than before. Wallace Huo in Battle of Changsha and Huang Xiaoming in Winter Begonia are two notable examples of this phenomenon. But I digress.
I'm really looking forward to his new drama. The storyline is quite interesting; I've not seen anything like it in C-Dramaland before. As for the pairing, is it the age gap that makes you doubt? I was pretty struck by the disparities in age between the two when I heard about it for the first time. However, as TLB has taught us, age gaps are most definitely not an obstacle when it comes to producing a quality drama!

Agreed. Their chemistry is undeniable. Although there was no direct romance between the two in TMOPB, their CP still shone alongside that of the FL and ML. Giving them their own show in the form of ELOD was probably the best decision ever made in C-Dramaland.
I am ABSOLUTELY here for this.
