Idk how I feel about this series anymore. I don't care about slow or fast burn or NC scenes, I care about plot, and even for slice of life, this hasn't had enough of it to warrant 16 episodes imo. I enjoy watching relationship building in context with plot. This series feels like it should have been, at max, 13 episodes. This episode is when I finally felt truly tired of it, but after watching this much I figure why not hold out to the end? There have been a few episodes now that have felt like filler? Or at least primarily filler with one plot point to sticky tape the whole thing together. Between that and the amount of times I get deja vu thinking somethings been handled only for the characters to say, "nah lets run this shit again actually," I'm kinda hoping they jam a lot more plot into the last three episode, even if it feels rushed, I think it could use it. Kinda sad because in the beginning when things were really moving, I was nearly crying every week with the cuteness, but now its all cute, no movement.

Read this manga ages ago when it came out and had no idea it had a movie or that this adaptation was getting made but oml am i excited now

I.... love this series??? Not sure when or how it happened but I look forward to it every week. I never expected that, especially after ep.1 and previous LongFrank series, but this is hilarious and endearing. Mix and his mom nearly had me crying with laughter. Actually, everyone does. The shenanigans work surprisingly well. My rating for it has steadily increased and I'm genuinely sad its ending soon.

Right?? I really enjoy Jane, BLs tend to make female characters seem like Satan's spawn so its refreshing to see someone so fun and level headed

The slow burn of it all really has gotten tiring because it isnt slow burn, its just confusing. They kiss like four times, and circle each other constantly, and obviously like each other, but then, 75% through the series, Phum is going to START flirting with Peem?? What were the last 11 episodes then because they have been flirting since episode one. Constantly. I feel like Im being gaslit, theyve basically confessed once per episode for a couple weeks now like what is left to discuss bro

It has been a minute since I've laughed as hard at a show as I did when Chin slapped the vamp guy twice. Genuinely hilarious

I think this show is just fine (at 3x speed).

I am pleasantly surprised. I loved Seng in War of Y and got through SCOY because of that but Ive been waiting to see him act again. I always worry about the quality of comedy series but I laughed a good number of times and the cringe is well-distributed (and much less potent than SCOY). I'm excited to see where this goes

At the time I was serious because of how funny it was, but when I actually tried to go back and keep watching, I ended up dropping the whole show so 😂

I was also a little annoyed that they chose to make it a flashback montage 🙃 I tried to avoid listening to the actors when theyd talk about it but I did catch them mentioning they exceeded some thai drama and I'm doubly curious about which one now considering what actually happened

Every time an episode ends im like, "noooo please give me more time!" I wanted to wait a week to watch this episode so i could see two back to back but instead i woke up at 4AM (without an alarm) and watched it immediately 🥲

The preview for next week perspnally victimized me, how was it only like 10 seconds 🥲🥲 ive never had such difficulty waiting a week but i also absolutely cannot just come back when this is finished

I don't think Qian has any romantic feelings to be scared of right now or, if he does, it is strictly subconscious. His entire reaction more resembles a surprised parent fretting over their kids future (but harshly, as is his nature-- tough love) which makes sense as it's the role he believes he plays in Yuan's life. As far as Qian knows, they are brothers, the whole family doesn't seem much the hugging type.

Finally, ive been checking for the mdl page since the trailer (pilot?) dropped

I'm not mad at it, wpisode one makes me question if it's going to be BL, but if it's not, it kinda looks like a Thai version of The Hangover.

Episode one was really slow but it has 16 eps so Im gonna wait awhile to see if it just needs to build up some speed
