I am not fond of this ending. I had a feeling one episode wouldnt be enough to wrap up the series satisfactorily, but this was particularly unpleasant.

What really got me for both this and SCOY is that literally no one has an issue with it. Not the friends, not family, not even the damn land lady at LEAST. Everyone, including the person getting stalked, is like "lol so quirky!" It makes me feel like I'm watching aliens pretending to be human, like am I supposed to think this is cute????

I hope the last episode is enough to wrap things up well because this one just gave me info about a man I still hate. Rooting for you New, put them all in the ground 💚💚

The review I came to write. The first two episodes were so good because the premise is really interesting. Everything since ep 3 is on 2x speed and I still end up skipping forward 🥲 how'd such an action packed start become so boring?

I created a list of shows never to watch again because of this show. I've been fastforwarding to get through it but its ep.7 and I needed to know if it was going to get better. Normally I give a lot of grace for BL, but the characters/their relationships are so unlikable I dont think I can finish it. 3000% agree with this review

I'm not really comparing their love as much as noting that both pairs lost a lot of content. I do know about China's censorship of anything lgbt, like I mentioned earlier, there were softer things I thought wouldn't be censored.

I'm not saying the ending was bad; I'm disappointed in what wasn't there.

The confession was nice but it seemed like we rushed through most of the intimate moments between everyone. And I don't just mean explicit stuff, most of the affection and a lot of scenes just weren't there, even lightly romantic things I thought they'd be able to get by censors.

I think I'd be less disappointed if I hadn't read the novel and know exactly what's missing.

....so episode thirty was kind of lackluster.
I was fine with nothing happening until nothing actually happened.
Now I just feel oddly and intensely disappointed.
