Preach. This what I despise the most from the ending. The writer projected a false happiness for the 3 characters.
The writer literally sentenced them a lifetime torture by having Nut cant move on from Tofu, Tarn loves someone who cant give all his heart, and Tofu lives back as teddy when he already gained humanity.

What I like about this series is about how realistic it handle delicate issues, but at the ending they wrapped it with the most unrealistic conclusion where all of them r "fine" with those condition. Tell me in what universe relationship r gonna last when one of them still love his ex. And I wont be surprised that Tofu gonna turn into joker (or Anabelle) after some years witnessing all that. I kinda surprise that some people r unbothered by how weird the ending was.

That may be the case, but I think the biggest problem here was how the story was delivered. The viewers watched the mystery unfold from Tofu's pov. The viewers watched Tofu's journey and his growth, so no wonder many became more attached to him. While Tarn's love did make Tofu became a human, Tofu has his own feeling and consciousness. Tofu's love was not the extension of Tarn's love because he is his own person.

So, yeah the miracle was started by Tarn, but it just merely as a trigger. Everything Tofu did was the real miracle in Nut's life. If they want to credit that all the miracles r by Tarn, they should make Tofu as a part of Tarn's soul or something. The writer shouldn't expect viewers to welcome Tarn-Nut relationship after what they have portrayed about Tofu-Nut.

Nut doesn't forget about Tarn doesn't mean he still love him. Tarn was an important part of his past, so ofc he'll always remember and care for him. I mean he also still reminisce about Neung, right. Throughout the story, Nut kept talking about Tarn was basically because; 1. Tofu triggered his memory and he crept out, 2. Tofu himself asked about him. So Nut still having a feeling for Tarn was actually quite arguable. It's clear in ep 10-12 that Nut chose Tofu over Tarn.

Btw I found the statement; “Tofu must discover all secret before his time as human runs out” quite ironic. If Tofu doesn't discover the secret, he would still be a human and live happily with Nut. So Netflix synopsis was quite misleading as well

Hating the ending doesn't equal with hating Tarn. I think many people already expressed how creepy and cruel the ending was for Tofu. I personally prefer Tofu dies and Nut move on to find a new love rather than getting back with Tarn.

Dont get me wrong, I agree that Tarn is a great guy. But sometimes we met a great person at the wrong time. Their relationship was meant to be Nut's personal growth, to forge Nut be the person he is now. That what was hinted about. Nut himself said that he already moved forward, Tarn was his past while Tofu was his present. Getting back with Tarn nullified all the "moving forward" talk and Nut is still running in circle, especially now that he cant even forget Tofu. Tarn also deserves someone who can love him fully.

I dont mind a sad ending, as long as the writer doesn't unnecessary "torture" the characters. Literally no one win except Gen-Song. After all the shit he got, Nut should find a peace and move on from both Tofu and Tarn by finding a new love. Sometimes we met beautiful people just to give us a lesson, and that's what Tarn and Tofu did for Nut.
I think this kind of ending would be more beautiful than the false happiness that the writer currently offer.

I still dont like it as they getting back tgt made all tofu's effort to heal Nut just for preparing their reunification.
I prefer tharn-nut just stay friend n Nut moving on from both tharn n tofu to find a new love.

Nut getting back with Tharn really gave me bitter taste. Didnt Nut say he already moved on 🤐. What make his relationship with Tofu then.
It'll be better if he was healing while meeting a new person than this.

I think what pissed me off the most is until the end Tofu's existence was being disregarded. He treated merely as a tool for Nut's happiness until the end. Like where is the justice for my tofu 😠

Letting tofu die will be much kinder than this. This is such a cruel ending especially when tofu has gained so much humanity 😖

Literally. watching a series is personal experience, why would anyone try to dictate what people feel about it.
I'll understand if there is toxic element in the story, but getting so pressed on fluffy drama is a bit ridiculous.
