Same with Light On Me & Peach of Time. Seems with K-BLs, we'll have to treasure the rare scenes when the makeup…
It's cultural and it doesn't stop with TV shows. Just look at the K-music artists or their social media.

At this point we can all agree that Wu Zheng isn't straight, right? Lol This was so trippy but I'm all in for it. Can't wait for the next episode.

That 23 to 30 min episode era we had light on me has ended we back to square 1 with these 12 min episodes nauuur
we're back to were we started lol they basically produce a movie, split it into parts and sell it as a tv series, then, a little time later, they sell it again as a movie with a few aditional seconds. lol

I love first tow episodes, too much whiteness and makeup going on...but love it anyway.
Is it you first Korean series? lol

Off to a really good start. I couldn't stop smiling watching episode 1. I don't mind if it doesn't have a over complex story-line - sometimes it's good to watch something lighthearted and cute. I'm totally in for the slow shots and the close-ups lol

I wonder if people here know that it's actually based on the manga and not the anime

This is hands down one of the best manga LA adaptations ever made. I'm completely immersed into the story and in love with the characters. I'm having the exactly same feelings I had 2watching the anime version.

What in the actual fck did I just watch? They made an special episode entirely about the ML and THE EX? This should've been an episode in the middle of the series and not a special. Yu Zhen had more screen time and romantic moments with the ex than with Shi Lei himself. I honestly don't know what they were thinking. I was ready to let it go and forgive this series, but that was too much for me.

We got more moments between Jin Yu Zhen and his Ex , hell even Shi Lei and Yu Zhen's Ex had more moments than…
And that's why I'm so frustrated. I'm sure we're not getting more than a rapid kiss between Shi Lei and Yu Zhen while we had ALL OF THAT between Yu Zhen and his ex. I don't know what they were thinking to write such a scene and place it in the penultimate episode nonetheless.

The casting was so good with the acting and visuals, but this story dragged with the pacing for the main couple.…
Secundary couple is carrying this series on their back

I still can't believe what I've just watched. I know we're used to the 11th episode always being sad and chaotic but this???? If the last episode isn't having at least 50 minutes, I don't know how they going to give us a proper ending with a full development of their relationship - unless there's going to be a second season.

This is by far the best manga adaptation I've ever watched. I think when I was watching it I felt the exactly same feeling Mafuyu felt when he saw Ritsuka playing for the first time.

But, wait i don't get it. Why did the friends wish for jin and bomb to get together? Was it because bombs feelings?
Basically a few years ago Bbomb tried to confess his feelings for Jin, but Jin thought the person who sent him the cards was Aim and so he fell in love with her. Because of that, Aim felt guilty and did everything she could to get them together. That's it.

They want to make it in S2 that is why
I'm sorry but "it is not for everyone" is always one of the most cynical phrases someone could say on this site. If they wanted to develop the side couples they should've at least given us some proper background for them. We're heading to the finale and I haven't felt any real connection with none of the side characters. In the beginning Keam was one of the only likable characters we had in this series, but now he's just annoying and confusing. At this point I'm just bothered by all of them and tired of watching they get drunk and go nowhere.
