This is definitely the best BL series currently airing and I think it's the only one that hasn't had any controversy or nonsensical plot in the past few months. The pacing might be a little too slow sometimes but it's cute to see the characters feelings grow and also their inner struggles. It's sad that we have only 3 episodes left and now the real tension is going to happen.
Can somebody explain to me how they're going to wrap up this series with only one episode??? Ok, Jin and Bomb's plot has no where to go anymore, but we haven't seen any development from Keam and Ball or even the other friends. Is it just all there is? Is there a second season in the plans? I'm shocked
In the original series he almost marries his boss and only break up with him at the very ending. I think the same…
If it goes like the original story, yes, he ends up with Muk... but after a long long time of being submissive to his boss. But there's another version called "Ossan's Love: In the Sky" in which be ends up with the boss.
Is it just me or does anybody else sometimes have the feeling that this story is going nowhere? We're now 2 episodes away from the finale and we still have no ideia on (1) why Keam is always suffering and (2) what Jack motivations really are. There are too many scenes and shots that could easily be cut off the episode and wouldn't change a thing from the final product. The pacing of this series is really killing me tbh.
They've added 10 secs scenes in each episode and called it a special edition. This season is still amazing, but when you have in mind what's coming ahead with season 2... smh
So its not just me feeling something a miss like its good and interesting but i cant put my finger on whats missing,…
I know we're just two episodes in the story but for me it feels like the actors are not really selling the characters really well. All I see is a bunch of 30 yo guys trying to pass as teenagers
It's irritating, isn't it? I'm guessing whoever wrote this is an extrovert. Or at least whoever directed it. Or…
Honestly you're the first person I see here on the comments talking about this (that he's supposed to be "neurodivergent"). For me they're just using the same old formula of misrepresenting introverted/shy people or even "neurodivergents" for that matter to make the plot goes.
A bunch of old guys trying to pass as teenagers and the same old plot of a very handsome yet social awkward and reclusive boy who happens to be the center of attention and with whom everyone falls in love...
if you watch this last episode as a standalone story, continuing right from episode 1, it would be a very beautiful, heartwarming ending for the story. however, when you take into consideration what they have done with the story in episodes 2 to 4, it just doesn't make sense. it's beautiful, but... meh...
for me, the time jumps completely ruined the development of the story and stop me from really enjoying and connecting with the story or even with the characters. Jai and Teh had more screen time and onscreen chemistry than Teh and Oh tbh.
They had all they need to produce a great gay drama, instead they delivered just another BL with the same old cliches.
I Told Sunset About You is still a groundbreaking series, but I Promised You The Moon failed to live up to its predecessor (the photography and directing is still pretty much the same tho). the story should have ended in Pukhet.
