all of them are not just good capable actors but great actors with A+ japanese actors and actresses with exception i think with suzu hirose but she is young and she is not bad and she is cute LOL.
watanabe..no need for introductions
tsubamuki, moriyama, matsuyama, ayano gou these 4 guys alone can carry a movie
and there's aoi miyazai...the underrated chizuru ikewaki....the veteran pierre taki....the up and coming takahata mitsuki....takahiro miura who is a great capable actor.
I didn't even realize that one of the supporting actors was Joe Odagiri, until I checked out the character chart.…
pinoy ka b???
btw yes odagiri joe is one of the most versatile actors in japan so Im not suprised if you didnt recognize him at first......yes this movie is unconventional and heartwarming, welcome to japanese cinema...
The moment you'll get laid then suddenly a titan appear and eats the chick...eren experienced the worst b*ner ever LOL....it sucks just like this movie sucks imo.
6/10
sex scenes do serve purpose on a film, but here i dont know what the hell was that for. The director from confessions should direct this movie instead.
It is the first time I watched a japanese romance movie that looks like a taiwanese romance movie...just look at those effects, WTF thoughts, etc LOL. About the movie it was not great not even good..no chemistry between emi takei and the dude, the story is rushed too based on my opinion. The character here by emi takei is like her character in asuko march too...imo she is not good in comedy, she is the reason too why i watched this movie because i was impressed with here taisetsu no koto role she should stick with that kind of character. This movie ends my obsession over emi takei.
Ok finally i saw this movie that im dying to see. I was a little disappointed because with those actors and the plot i expect this to be a masterpiece. I just didnt feel the story was executed well and the earlier part of the film is somewhat boring. The baseball action is not the great too ive seen many sportsdrama which was better, perhaps it was due to the music that didnt fit the mood of those scene. The story is interesting it was about japanese immigrants who suffers racial issues. Now about the acting....all of their performance was great even kame which I think will become the weakest did ok. As much as I love tsubamuki satoshi he did great btw he is perhaps the most consistent actor nowadays, but imo the best performance was by his sister here..takahata mitsuki I love how she portray this lady who is trying to fight racism by trying to mix with their culture by having canadian friends but at the end she realize she cant do anything about it..i do feel bad about her and that one scene of her really got me. That scene i was really impress by her It was like the feeling I felt when I saw hikari matsushima's karaoke scene at moteki drama. She might be the younger version of hikari and shes slowly climbing the ranks of great young japanese actresses.
I would also give props to sato koichi(the father) love his character here and btw whats the point of aoi miyazaki character....she is just a wasted talent in this movie.
