I agree with you. Unfortunately, there are some people making fun of his death due to him having different political views from them, which they viewed as "offensive" or "evil".

Personally, I don't like when people make fun of a person's death no matter who they are as a person, even if they are a hero or evil. I just been reporting comments of this nature rather than replying to them since it can cause a heated political debate.

Even though all 4 of them are part of the main cast, not all 4 of them are leads. Hua Yong and Sheng Shao You are lead characters while Gao Tu and Shen Wen Lang are side characters that are part of the main characters' list (basically they are main side characters).

The sisters (creators of the show & authors of the book) did a bit of false marketing for the show since they said that they are 2 lead couples, while there is only one, making people have false expectations of the Gao Tu & Shen Wen Lang's ship.

Both couples are main couples, but only Hua Yong and Sheng Shao You is the lead couple. Gao Tu and Shen Wen Lang are a side main couple. For the sake of shortening things and the fact that there are only two couples, people refer to them as the "second couple" or "side couple". People tend to refer characters as "side" or "second" if they are not the lead. Lead is different than main. All lead characters/couples are mains, but not all mains are leads.

The lead couple/character(s) are the ones in which the main storyline revolves around. Without them, the story would not exist. Without the other main characters like Wen Lang and Gao Tu, the story will still exist, but have major changes. Without the non-main characters like Secretary Chang and Secretary Chen, the story will still exist and the changes will not be that noticeable.

It is a very common practice in Western media where there are huge notable differences in screentime & storyline between the lead couple and the other main couples. It is not too common in Eastern Asian media where all main couples are expected to have a lot of screentime & storyline.

Ikr! The favourism is really showing. Some people said that it is because Junmin is Korean and Hengyu is Chinese. The fact that Junmin got a hug and Hengyu was told to get a grip.

They made some minor changes like adding extra scenes & sweet moments. They also included an important scene of Gao Tu & Hua Yong in the recent episode. The other changes are minor and are just important for relationship development rather than plot development.

He gets decent amounts of screentime. He doesn't appear in every episode, but he appears every 2 episodes or so. They didn't hold auditions for this character since Krist immediately casted Aou since he believed only Aou is able to play the part. Most of their scenes are improv since Krist & Aou are very close friends and are comfortable bickering with each other.

The speaker's response to his question was "Great-" a second before he was shot in the neck from the rooftop. He was in critical condition and was pronounced dead 2 hours later.

Since he is very popular in the political world in the USA, his name is trending across social media, the U.S. President (Donald Trump) issued all U.S. flags to be flown for him, and a lot of politicians (no matter what political party they are in) are sending condolences.. The shooter has not been caught yet, but the FBI is currently investigating it. His events tend to be recorded by a lot of people, so there are most likely footage of the shooting somewhere on the internet.

The person was making a joke that Hua Yong was the one who killed Charlie Kirk. In episode 12 (next episode), Hua Yong will most likely have a shooting scene, in order to save Shao You from his kidnappers.

Yes. As someone said, they are already in the process of writing it and will release it once the show is over. If the the show & the second book are successful, they will do a second season of the show centering around Wen Lang's parents.

Yes. Eliot & Qiu already lived together before the show started since they knew each other for around 8 years. I think they moved away from their home for their job. Even though the filming of the series is over, the show is still airing and they are still promoting it together, so they need to be close by as for now. After all of that is over, they still have to live together (if they want) since they signed a 3 year contact with the company owned by the sisters.

Also, I think the sisters are paying for their apartments, so they are living there for free (technically, they are getting paid for it). They are not too bound by contact since the sisters don't want to make the actors feel like they are forced to do something they don't like, so if they want to move out, they can.

They have more sweet moments in the show compared to the book. I wondered if the sisters will alter their ending a bit since not a lot of people were satisfied with the ending, even though it was a happy one.

I know that Jiang Heng is not actually Wen Lang and he is very emotionally capable, but I laughed a lot when I saw emotional intelligence next to his name (I keep thinking of Wen Lang).

If they are not going to appear, I hope they will explain why Wen Lang hates omegas in the show. For people who read the book & spoilers, they already know why, but the people who don't want book spoilers don't know.

So far, the sisters have replicated the Hua Yong & Sheng Shao You's storyline almost exactly (like 98% similar). As for the Gao Tu & Shen Wen Lang's storyline, it is like 80% similar since most of the changes they made from book to show have been towards that storyline. We only have 5 episodes left and there are a lot of plotlines left for Gao Tu & Shen Wen Lang. Unless they have at least 15 minutes of screentime per episode from here on now, they might have to cut some things, in order to not have a rushed ending.

The parents might show up, but not exactly like in the book (might have a reduced role). I think they will show up since we already heard Shen Yu's voice in a previous episode and they mention Ying Yi.

I heard that they will do a second season if the second book & the first season are successful. If so, the second season will be based on Wen Lang's parents rather than the 4 mains.
