oh I forgot to mention that all of the information I just gave is based on Wen Lang's point of view. At the end of the book, he realized that he had a wrong interpretation of his parents' relationship. Apparently, Shen Yu was head over heels for Ying Yi and Ying Yi was in control of the relationship.

We don't know why Wen Lang had a wrong interpretation or an explanation on what actually happen, so the end of Wen Lang's parents' story is confusing in the book. Hopefully, they make it clear in the show. Also, the authors are planning to write a second book only on Wen Lang's parents and if that get successful, they will make a second season of the show based on the second book.

If they did make it 12 episodes, they might have to compress a lot of things and the pace might been faster. I am glad they didn't since I like the slow pace and the extra scenes we didn't get from the book.

True, but who else can it be that has a positive pregnancy test unless it is Shao You. Also, I think they zoomed out in that shot and you can see Gao Tu holding a test near his face.

In the trailer, Gao Tu is having morning sickness, so they will probably include it in the show, unless they edited all those scenes out. So far, all of the scenes in the trailer/teaser have appeared in the show exactly.

Gao Tu will probably find out he is pregnant in episode 12 or episode 13 (most likely episode 12) since it usually takes some time for symptoms to show up.

I absolutely agree with you! He is only interested in Shao You. Even though he is such a black flag, I like watching him on screen lol

I think all enigmas in this omegaverse world are high-key sociopaths, so they are not able to feel emotions normally. I am more of enjoying studying his character rather than enjoying his character.

I think the reason why he showed Gao Tu the picture is because he enjoys teasing Wen Lang and anyone in his life. He is not interested in Wen Lang's life, so he doesn't go out of his way to help him or know more about him if it doesn't benefit him. To me, it looks like he is having fun poking his nose into Wen Lang's situation here & there for the purpose of amusement.

I wouldn't trust those YouTube videos. They are based on speculations from the book. They know what is going to happen from the book & trailer, but they don't know when.

I am guessing Gao Tu will find out he is pregnant next episode and he will file for resignation in episode 13 and maybe leave in episode 14 since there is a box emoji for episode 14 in the emoji teaser poster.

Shen Wen Lang has two fathers: Shen Yu & Ying Yi. In China, it is very common to have married parents who don't share the same last name.

Shen Yu is an S-Class Alpha and Ying Yi is an omega. Even though Ying Yi is male, sometimes people refer omega parents as female regardless of their gender.

Shen Wen Lang hate omegas a lot due to his omega father being manipulative, weak, and abandoning him. According to Wen Lang, Ying Yi used his omega pheromones to force Shen Yu to mark him. Once marked, it is hard to leave the person since the mark has a very physical & emotional toll on your body. Since Shen Yu doesn't like Ying Yi, he chained him in the basement whenever his heat comes around due to Ying Yi intensifying his pheromones.

Despite Ying Yi being a high-class military general, he was always weak & needy during his heat, which Wen Lang hated since he found it embarrassing to let yourself go like that for someone you love who don't love you back. One day when Shen Yu was having a supposed affair, Ying Yi got so jealous that he shot that person in the head. Ying Yi was sent to prison, but three days later, he disappeared leaving a bloody mess in his cell.

Some people speculate that he committed suicide & Shen Yu threw away the body and others speculate that Shen Yu murdered Ying Yi.

Wen Lang hates bother of his parents since Ying Yi was emotionally abusive and Shen Yu was physically abusive. He hates Ying Yi more since none of this would have happen if it wasn't for Ying Yi's manipulative ways & he left Wen Lang to deal with Shen Yu.

Also, I just realized that Wen Lang didn't directly said "no" to Hua Yong's questions. He just answered them with another question. Even though he doesn't realize his feelings, he is unable to say he doesn't. The heart knows what it wants!

From my memory, Hua Yong figured out Gao Tu is an omega during the events of episode 9 when he saw him left the room with a strong smell. I don't think they had any other important interaction.

It seems that he didn't know before that in the book. In the show, it looks like he was suspicious of him.

I think they will pack in a lot of scenes of them in the last 3 or 4 episodes. Hopefully, their storyline would not seem rushed.

I don't really know their ending of their story since the authors are making small changes to the second couple's story so far. I don't know if they are going to make a major change to their ending. There are some rumors that an actor (forgot his name) would either play Ma Heng or Yi Ying, but there are also some rumors that they will not include Ma Heng.

So far, their storyline is looking good, but the future of a good redemption arc is unknown.

Hopefully, we will get some more memories of their high school days & his childhood in later chapters since I think if a person never read the book, Wen Lang might makes sense to them once at the end of the show since majority of his behavior is very reasonable due to his childhood, but we don't know how he was at a young age yet.

It is strange, but not impossible. Since the start of the show, Wen Lang knew that Gao Tu had an omega lover, so the thought probably didn't crossed his mind since Gao Tu was taken.

However, he did thought Gao TU had feelings for Hua Yong or Shao You or basically anyone Gao Tu interacts with. I think since Wen Lang rejects the idea of love due to childhood trauma, he refused to acknowledge his feelings for Gao Tu, thus refused to acknowledge Gao Tu's feelings for him subconsciously. He took himself out of the picture. If he didn't, he have to tackle the idea of him having feelings for Gao Tu.

Rape did happen, but who should we hold responsible for since all 4 of them were not in the proper mindset?

I am not excusing rape, but if you think I am, then okay. My intention was not to offend anyone since I wanted to state that what happened in episode 9 is complex due to pheromones being a huge thing in their world, but not ours for humans.
