It looks like it. It hasn't happen yet, but most likely will happen next episode.
The last three episodes*
MAJOR SPOILERS
In short: Willy is working with Tony against his will
Long explanation: Willy is working with Tony because Tony planted a chip in him. They met a while ago when Willy was a street fighter. During one of his fights, he was injured badly and lost consciousness. Tony found him and decided he is a perfect test subject for his experiment. He gave Willy a power and implemented a chip into his head. If Willy disobeys or betrays Tony, Tony can explode the chip, killing Willy.
Willy does not like working with Tony and wants his freedom back, so he came up with a plan to betray Tony without dying. This was showcased in episode 9. I can talk more about it if you want.
guys before i watch s2, can someone tell me if they really took out the omegaverse part of the story?
It is way less important compared to last season. Powers are still an important thing, but they rarely mention alpha or enigma. It is more of a superpower show than an ABO show in my opinion based on this season.
Same! The acting is incredible, but the writing still leaves some unanswered questions. With Day "dead", will…
True! However, I think 12 episodes were enough since some of the episodes feel empty. They had plenty of chances & scenes to explain the plot better, but they mainly just repeat the things we already know.
By the way, Kenta is still Tony's prisoner for trying to help them all and nobody seems to give a damn...not even…
I swear that Kim is the only one that cares about him. I am hoping we will get a scene of Kim voicing his worry about Kenta being quiet for a while and a scene of Kim arguing Pete about Kenta's safety
I knew it that the reason why no one was able to find Dean's body cause Tony took him. Charlie and Babe made up…
Kim is a super observant person! He also had a good view of Alan's neck by being behind him. However, Pete and Charlie (I think) had a good view too, but Kim is the only one that noticed it and recognized it due to his observation skills and him seeing the pictures of Willy when he & Kenta snuck into Tony's lab.
I've been mostly enjoying season 2. I haven't been keeping up with any of the comments this season but reading…
A hopeful part of me wants Jeff & Alan to be happy, but I am not sure since Jeff said to Babe that he had a vision that Alan & him will not be together at the end
If Alan gets redeemed, I think Dean will be a huge part of the X-Hunter team forgiving him. If Dean wakes up, I think Dean will vouch for Alan hardtime since he knows what it is like. I think Kim will also vouch for Alan too
with willy, they taped his hands so that he wouldnt be able to stop time. but still, he wanst tied up or anything…
True! There are a lot of plot holes. If I were to defend Willy, I think he knows he is better off with the X-Hunter team than being by himself. If he had run off, he has nothing against Tony and Tony can easily kill him with the chip inside of his brain. He could use his power and take Charlie again, but his power only gives him like less than 3 minutes and he is already physically weak. Plus, he has no plan, so it was better for him to be with the X-Hunter team and let them have a go at the chip.
I was thinking the same, it made no sense. I guessed that he needs to snap his fingers to make it work so maybe…
They taped his hands. Also, a person can't make the snapping sound with gloves on unless the gloves are super thin. He could have taken his gloves off, but they would have noticed. However, he could have run away when Babe had his back turned to him, but I guess he thought he was better off safe with them rather than alone or with Tony.
As much as I want Kim & Kenta to have more scenes, I am a bit glad that they don't since the writing haven't been great and they ruined some of the characters like Sonic and Alan.
Less scenes means less chances of messing up their characters
I hope they don't forgive Alan so easily. In the last season, they kinda did with Way. You guys think Alan will…
Some people speculate that Alan & Jeff might get engaged. Not sure if it will happen next episode or in the last episode, but we only have 3 episodes left, so I think it will be a quick forgiveness.
I don't get why people can't accept the fact that Alan did it for Dean for the most part. Alan will always see…
I don't blame Sonic since it makes sense to be wary of someone who suddenly everyone trust after he betray them last season. Looking back at season 1, Sonic trusted Dean the most by defending him and backing him up. There was a scene where North said he doesn't trust Dean, but Sonic said Dean is not that type of guy. It happened right before Dean pushed Sonic down. It might have hurt him the most when Dean betrayed everyone.
I also expected something a tad bit different, but i'm not mad at how it turned out. And don’t you worry, there…
OMG I haven't thought of that. Maybe! That could be a huge step into their relationship improvement with Tam's mother approval. I think she is pretty rich, considering she looks like a businesswoman and she has a house in Thailand and another one in Australia
I have no idea why does Paul know like did Yong tell him?! Probably. To me, Phi was forgiving Tam at the beginning…
Yeah it is a what if situation. We don't know what Tam would done if Paul have not interfered. I do think Tam would tell Phi, but I have no idea. I wish the writers didn't make Paul tell Phi, but I get it to have the angst early.
I think there are minor reasons on why he chose that way. Not saying that Tam is hiding something. He told Pathaphi everything, but there will be scenes later on why he chose to study aboard based on the interviews. In one of the interviews, Phi had a red flag moment and that was a factor in Tam's decision. We will probably see it soon.
Tam's plan was not perfect at all, but it did work for 3 years. Tam didn't expect Phi to be full on rage monster and probably expected him to be all sad and mopey like what happened with Paul. I am glad they showed Tam to regret his decision, which shows hope he might not do it again. Usually, when a person makes a selfless decision for someone, they do the entire "I did it for you" bit and make a bunch of gaslit statements, so I am glad he owned up to it.
I do not support the reason, but I am not mad that the writers went for this reason since it did happen in real life. Singto decided to split from Krist because he wanted Krist's dreams to come true and for him to be known as Krist Perawat rather than KristSingto. Unlike Tam, Singto told Krist and Krist agreed as long as they still worked together off-screen.
I am also not mad since it does aligned with his character of being the protector. I tend to not get mad with a character's decision as long as it make sense for their personality, whether it is a terrible one or a brilliant one. However, I understand why some people are mad with it due to it being simple and going into the non-communication trope.
I have no problem with it since a LOT of couple break up due to non-communication and Phi & Tam do give me hope that they are not going to make the mistake as before.
Btw, I am not trying to change your mind or anything like that. I just like having discussions lol you know, sharing opinions
Sosay is still the best wingman ever! Im glad she's okay. Phi should've heard the truth from Tam himself not from…
I think they will make Nudee & Gaogi a thing since they hinted it a lot in the trailer & teasers, but the last episode left me a bit confused since I sense a spark between Gaogi & Yong. However, I think they will give a minor plot line to Gaogi & Yong to say goodbye to their past romance and make them realize that they are better off as friends. Since Yong used to be Gaogi's ex and is Nudee's sister, I guess the writers want to showcase the viewers that Gaogi & him are just friends first and that they have moved on, so he can approve of Gaogi & Nudee's relationship later on easily because some viewers don't really like Gaogi having feelings for Nudee since it is off putting for some that she dumped her brother a day before their wedding and is not hitting on the sister.
In Phi's defense, he probably knows that Tam will tell him the reason when he’s ready—and love can really…
He assumed the reason was selfish or falling of love. He didn't expect the reason to be selfless, so that threw him out of the loop and really reframe his idea of the past.
He should have ask the reason first, but I think he wanted Tam to tell him on his own. He trust that Tam would tell him once Tam is ready and at a good moment where they are at a place where they can have a proper conversation. He didn't expect to find out the reason so fast by someone else and he wasn't ready, so he immediately retorted to his old instincts which is to be in anger and not listen (pretty valid reaction).
Yes, they shouldn't have gotten back together without knowing the reason, but I guess they wanted to go into their romantic relationship seeing if they still work together romantically rather than go in with the reason first due to them being scared to lose each other again, so they immediately took the chance to be back together rather than letting the other go or be f buddies. Plus, I think Tam's confession to Phi of always fighting for him and always wanting to know more about him (hinting of more open communication) really sealed the deal, even without knowing. Plus, I think Phi knew that Tam would tell him during the holiday when they have time to themselves, but that is a what if reason.
This is not a perfect nor healthy situation, but it is realistic given the characters' personalities, so I am not opposed to it.
