even though as much annoying OG tokyo and Rio were as a couple i loved their romance. their bond was everything. it was the true fuel for everything tokyo did. Kr-tokyo's intentions are still unknown ( when she's thrown out) . OG tokyo did hell and back to make sure her rio was alright. there's no bonding between tokyo and rio here. im so sad.

there are a lot of zombie movies and series with a concept of person getting turned into zombie but holding humanity/brain capacity. some even go as far as making the zombie/human have psychic powers. you can watch znation, gakkou gurashi, Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress if you like that concept. it has got less to do with mindset more to do with genetic/immunesystem/brain co-ordination. but if you like mindset being different kinda shit you can read sweet home, its not zombie tho, but has got to do with human transformation in a same concept as zombie. another recc id give is tokyo ghoul (kinda different but you might like it)
