okay then lets talk about the addressing first. as you can see in the original comment i have written "ossanXharuta" . first i hopefully believe that you understand the context of putting x between two words especially being common nouns or pronouns, that is two imply two fictional characters( and sometimes non fictional characters such as celebs) being in a relationship aka shipping. of course there are sub categories like canon and fanon.
now the main fact. if you're familiar with the manner of shipping name you should know, "x" oriented shipping has got nothing to do with people's original names. it just has to be a name or common way of addressing people. the title of this drama is ossan's love. ossan being the titular tritagonist kurosawa. shipping name has no segment of rules. there are endless ships around the internet, if you would care to search, that have names that do no imply their real name but their job/position/nickname/common way of addressing. so for the original argument , no sir, i have made no mistake by sayin "ossan x haruta"
