I'm sorry but can I ask how is it unrealistic? All the scenes on Episode 1 were actually pretty adorable, apart…
I agree 100% with Liz below, so see her comments.
I will add that you do need to understand that Tine and Sarawat are gay and thats why they seem flirtatious with each other. Also, according to those who have read the novel, Sarawat already liked tine so his reaction to him is not out of the blue.
So, is not that unrealistic. However as Liz points out, i dont watch BLs for their realistic depiction of LGBTQ life. Its a fantasy and thats why I love it!
lol same both actors are just so straight in real life that them kissing, it's almost unimaginable to me i hope…
I wonder how many people have a hard time thinking of me and my husband kissing, since we are not very flamboyant and we rarely hold hands etc in public....
Sometimes you don't have to look like you are constantly on top of each other to even be a couple, let alone a couple who are just actors. They may get along pretty well but they may not like to be touchy feely around people.
Who knows, maybe they have practiced kissing already :P just saying, these two are actors. I don't think they are out to give fanservice. Bright doesn't even have a public IG.
They are just highly committed professional actors!
I think it will be great when they finally kiss. It only takes a committed actor to make a kiss like that work.…
Agreed.
I think in Bright we have a guy who is not interested in doing any fanservice and I think this is why they show no chemistry in interviews.
If you look at that first episode, the chemistry IMO between them was probably at least at or beyond Frame and Book or Phun and Noh. It was great... Like when he walk out of the bathroom and touched his hair, that was well done. Or in the dream sequence, when they almost kiss, that was also great. I saw no fear in him getting that close to Win. And BTW IMO Green and Tine do kiss in that dream sequence. It was sooo close, I am almost sure that was a kiss and they just edited it out a little. (Did there lips touch? I want to say they did... need to watch again...)
I am still loving it. It left me smiling and laughing for the entire duration of the episode!

Expect to see this obsession with Bright to continue. :)

Anyway if you see the picture, you will know. You can also tell he is, shall we say, a well equipped athlete? :)
