I hate him, bc hes supposed to protect his workers but he seems like a greedy manager who only thinks about himself and takes all the credits. He doesn't even do anything, only ordering around while her and the others are the ones working hard and keep the hotel running. In another scene when she found the ring in the rain of that one unreasonable guest , it was her colleague who told him to give her the bonus she deserves and he seemed reluctant about that too.
