I wouldn't imply that she had zero responsibility for her own actions. Getting drunk was ill-advised but she should never be blamed for HIS actions, no matter the circumstances. That's good to know! I'm not super picky about genre, horror is probably the main one I tend to avoid, but not always. Mostly it just needs to be fast paced or ya girl will get bored and drop it, and honestly the less sexual content the better (yep I'm a prude and I like those classic old romances hahaha or no romance is fine)

I don't think there's any redeeming the writing at this point...the actors' chemistry is still on point and their cute moments are super cute, but other than that it doesn't have much going for it anymore. In ep8 there was no working through the issue like adults, no hearing each other out and talking it through, they just kind of moved on like nothing happened. The perfect beginning for a toxic relationship. My best hope is to turn off my brain for the remaining eps and not waste any more time analyzing a show that's never going to get things right lol.
