If you are wondering why this drama rating is high despite negative comments, I just wanna say that the first 70% of this drama is a breeze and beautifully done. Final two or three episodes couldn’t match up the prior brilliance. If you are trying to watch, feel free to FF the scenes you do not like in final episodes and you are good.

The championship final game commentary shows that Dream dominates Saebers. Means, they are winning championship.

Yes, there will be a practice match where Dreams will beat the second placed Vikings team and the drama will end when Dreams play their final against Saebers the number 1 team.

But, do remember that this drama isn’t about playing games on the field but managing the team from the office room.

Every time I see Song Kang in the cast, I think twice before selecting the drama. His story selection never aligned with my interest 😅

Don’t give heed to the several negative comments spreading around currently. The drama is played in a likeable and enjoyable way which will be pleasant to most of the watchers. Romance was subtle in most of the part of this drama. For large part of episodes the drama portray them as best friends living together for financial benefits. Only by the final few episodes they’d confess their love. I don’t understand how could you consider this drama focused on romance too much. Especially your comparison with cdrama surprise me lol. Isn’t most of recent cdramas are based on love triangle and quadrangles ?

Except the misunderstandings of the final few episodes after discovery of ML mother’s death, there was nothing to be worried between lead characters. Also both leads will be alive. But the grandmother of FL will be murdered.

Animes are generally better since they don’t try to drag things out. But don’t forget that actual drama depiction rarely meets the standards set by anime. ( for anime lovers at least )

I watched 20 episodes and it was satisfactory on first watch. Then I watched donghua and read English translated novel,. Soon I lost interest and dropped it on 20 itself haha.

Seriously, the novel book version and dongua are miles ahead. Currently season 5 the 3 year pact battle is being released and it completely blows everything off. Must watch.

I am disappointed that the writer of this season 1 failed to use the many heroic battle scenes of novel and instead written his own half baked imagination to fail the drama. If you are puzzled why I am complaining, go to YouTube and search season 5 of this drama anime version. You will realise why.

yes, it is indeed harassing if someone questions how people decide something based on CREDITS ? I had seen people who watch trailer and skip drama. It’s the first ever time for me to hear someone saw credits and decided to avoid the drama.
