With her rumored bf Zhang Ling He as the ML (his other work was LBFAD as God of War Chang Heng). I think the agencies denied it tho.
I'll watch it once it airs but for now I think I'm debating my options on where to go after this drama ends: Starry Love or Back from the Brink or Blood of Youth or even Wulin Heroes

I dropped this at ep 10. You're so strong for finishing this to the bitter end. It was too bland/draggy for me.

I was actually wanting to see them make out and have a lot of skinships. Editors on TikTok and clips from Youtube I saw of them were so fire but at the same time I also like this enduring love that they have. Especially in our society today of h00kup culture, it's good to see love portrayed like this. It reminded me a lot of Immortal Samsara: ML's sacrificial love. But that was too much. If Tantai Jin were to ask me to marry him, I would fold real quiccc. Li Susu had a strong mentality cuz if I were to be pursued/courted like that, idk we'll get married by ep 10 at the latest and let burn the world I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I’m a clown for hoping to see glimpses of their married life and fluffy romance for the last 10 eps. but it seems like we’re down to 4 eps. maybe the ending would just be them leaning on each other and having a kiss idk. idc at this point. I just don’t want it to be sad or open ending.

I think they filmed this 2 years ago right cuz there were already photos of behind the scenes from 2021.

yeah I definitely understand the frustration with xianxias. I’ve been watching ‘em since 2019 and the leads always have a fiery chemistry but too much spitting blood. it’s like 80% angst and 20% sweetness everytime which is weird for them to label most xianxias as romance when the stress level we get is like Penthouse style (kdrama abt affairs n betrayal)
