plot twist after plot twist is a very bad idea. It breaks the immersion into the drama. You just start thinking about how good or bad are these writing choices. I've felt detached since ep 13.

I love how badass Hae Joo is in this. Seo Eun Soo is the best when it comes to choosing strong woman roles (she is badass also in Unlock the Boss, Duel).

1st ep was really boring. Decided to give it another try, it gets going in ep 2, when the whole team comes together. In ep 3 I'm liking the drama, but I'm liking the other members of the team more than MC.

I felt detached, too many shocking twists and turns made me disconnect myself from the drama. I had zero feelings during the last episode. It's difficult to explain but I guess my shields went up during ep 15.

I was surprised by how detached I felt during the last episode. Mainly irritated, too many twists and turns and irrelevant side characters made me loose the connection to the main characters. The love parade here where all critical commenters get to be called haters is also too obnoxious.

If you're wondering what else to watch, Secret Royal Inspector & Joy has more humour and they are "on the road" aka outside of the palace 90 percent of the time.

I've watched so many sageuks that I get really bored with the palace plotting. If the crown prince had gotten out of the palace entirely and gone missing in the countryside and in the wild this would have been so much fresher. Now dropping at ep 4, will be coming back here to see how it went with the plot. 20 episodes seems too much.

Completely agree. JJH is a fantastic actress and comedian, KJW has the same stony expression all the time.
