The cp can't marry someone that much older. Factions are based on the father, without the father, the family is no faction. Wealth and prestige are a must.

Royalty marriages were for political reasons. Male members of the royalty might have been married for political alliances to older females of another royalty. But this is the crown prince, so not possible to get married to a spinster without a prestigeous family background.
He shifted schools and in the new school became friends with a bully and was an onlooker. The victim and Jisoo have since worked out their relationship and become friends. But there were baseless accusations from unrelated sources of graver things which had to be resolved in court. I hope Jisoo can make a comeback since getting a lifetime sentence from something done as a 12 year old is too much. I recently watched Amanza and it was doubly sad to watch bc it might have been Jisoo's last work (he's a dying cancer patient in that drama).
I think SK's dark and ruthless cancel culture is portrayed realistically in Sam Dal's case. The direct real life example could be actor Kim Jisoo. Defamation lawsuits proving innocence didn't help. People enjoy being judges. The worst thing in Jisoo's case is that he was only 12 years old when things he supposedly did happened. In the light of this, I understand Sam Dal's desperation.
What they are insinuating with Hana and the Crown Prince is disgusting. I do not care that this is a historical…
People can write but not read. For the umpteenthth time: If it was historically accurate, there would be zero possibility that the crown prince would marry someone older than him and someone from a poor family and someone who has no father. It is not a possibility. She might be taken as a concubine but the palace is looking for a crown princess and future queen. The choice is made through a multiphase selection process in which only the daughters of the highest ranked nobility can enter.

I just finished watching Amanza and I really hope from the bottom of my heart he can make a comeback. Nobody should get a lifetime sentence for something they did as teenagers.
I think it's misleading to have this here especially as it's not been confirmed. Even if the producers and writers have confirmed, the actors have not confirmed their participation.
okay so hear me out I think all the people who are supporting Ha Na and CP as well as those who are against them…

The cinematographer and director are making beautiful cinematography with almost painting like qualities in some scenes. However, in such a lighthearted drama, it is out of place. Or, I feel they ignore that this kind of drama should give a deeper insight into the characters. Especially Rowoon is kind of more stereotyped than someone we could feel affinity to. Rowoon is a much better actor than he gets to show in this drama.
I decided that if I chose to feel enraged about the CP and Hana 's age difference when nth untoward has happened…

I did. Bo Geol also was very cold and indifferent towards Mak Ha in the first episodes, which made him unlikeable.…
as they say, first impressions are everything. Yes there were hints but I already didn't relate to his characters bc coldness. Woo Hak was steadily warm and open hearted and I liked him more. Also burying Chae Jong Hyeop under an awful floor mop hair was getting on my nerves all the time since he's an excellent actor who deserves better aka face and eyes should never ever be hidden.
with how they'd showed sangdo in ep2 i thought he'd be an asshole type of character, but i'm SO happy to be surprised!…
me too, got the villain vibes at first. He was the villain in The Day of Kidnapping and Poong the Joseon Psychiatrist. Hope he's not the bad guy in this one.
