Li Kuang wasn’t nearly as terrible in the novel, why did they have to do this in the drama? If he was that horrible,…
Cannibalism is probably censored in C-dramas? Just guessing since Li’s suggestion can be taken seriously by at least one misguided viewer for all we know🫠
Is He Rufei a true bio blood brother of He Yan? Or is he an imposter?
Step brother. That’s why he has no guilt in hating her. In his POV, a random girl joined his family and the next he knew, he was shipped off to a temple/ lost his name/ lost his freedom.
It’s not HY’s fault but it’s easier to blame her for everything. Even after he reclaimed his name, he still doesn’t have the freedom to live the way he wants. He’s still trapped behind HY’s shadow.
Is pingting going to create some kind of trouble for he yan or something? What if she reveal that she is a female?…
Thing is Xu and (may be even HRF) would bide their time so they can use her secret at the right time. PingTing on the other hand is a cannon ball. The moment she recognizes HE, she might loose control and do something reckless. Afterall she couldn’t even pretend to be nice to Chu’s right hand even for a minute as soon as he was out of sight.
Because she obviously lied. The student was trying to scare her naive looking teacher in the worst way possible…
Exactly! Even the FL which is refreshing since usually with this kind of concept, the FL is usually portrayed as completely innocent. But in Manami's case, we know that she has a dark wild as well.
does anyo know when does xj know abt hy real identity and do they solve it asap TT
It's already resolved. They didn't really drag it beyond 1 episode which is fair enough since XJ's main gripe with HRF is that his actions got his father killed.
I can't remember the exact episode number now but this arc is covered between ep 21-25
Basically a change of heart. They married with the pre-text that they will be child free. Eventually Yun changed…
Kids was a dealbreaker basically. They didn't divorce out of lack of love. The issue was that between Yun's changed perspective of having kids and his wife's willingness to secretly go for an abortion rather than confronting this together kind of ruined their partnership.
There's no trust. Also at the time the wife was certain she would never want kids. It would have been unfair for both parties to continue their marriage under such opposing terms.
Perhaps if the wife didn't fall for the friend later on, they could have tried to reconcileeventually in the long run but now there is no room for it.
What was the problem with ml?Why her wife left him?😒
Basically a change of heart. They married with the pre-text that they will be child free. Eventually Yun changed his mind (but did not pressure her as far as we know). The wife eventually got pregnant but she secretly terminated it without discussing it with him (the assumption here is that she knew she wasn't ready but may have felt that Yun wanted kids so didn't want to cause a rift by forcing him to choose the abortion).
It's a messy situation where nobody is perfect. They both truly loved eachother and even had a healthy relationship based on the flashbacks BUT the kid topic was what broke them.
The wife should have communicated with Yun so Yun wouldn't have been blindsided and Yun should now move on. They did have an ammicable divorce though. It's just that his ire got worse because 2 years after the divorce she got together with a mutual childhood friend (not cheating) and things kind of fell apart again after that. Things get even worse after he finds out that she changed her resolve on kids.
He is being a little irrational now but at the same time you can't really judge him since he has been through alot and lost alot too.
it was creepy asf.... I was waiting for some kind of reaction from her, but she just stood still ...it was disappointing…
KHM lives in her mind palace way too much at times ngl🙈
With the ex i guess since she and her Ex has alot of history and he's not really that intimidating, it's probably easier for KHM to confront him.
The CEO already made her feel mildly uncomfortable before he revealed who he was. But I guess once she realized who he was, she kind of short circuited? Between her usual hunger to know the truth+ knowing that he's a sadist and dangerous+ the fact that she'll be violating her oath if she took advantage of the situation?
The second time he touched her hair, it was his way of exerting control and she simply froze since her mind was distracted by the video comment? Perhaps he didn't think KHM would tell Yun the truth? This was his way of silencing her? That if she crosses the line he will let everyone know that she overstepped (Lee&Seo would have had a field day if the case had dragged to the courts using this as a reason to win the case).
And they keep on mentioning ceo have good looks but all the other male actors in this drama are far better looking…
I think it's his aura? He's pretty mediocre IMO when you compare to other K-guys but the way he carries himself (overflowing with confidence/ using his manipulative charm) may be seen as attractive to some or at least hypnotic enough?
He just rubs me the wrong way personally (may be it's because we know that he sucks)😅
His entire reaction to her pregnancy was disrespectful and taunting. She was incredibly patient with him. She's…
This is exactly what I've been saying.
You can't blame Yun 100% in the name of saying that the ex wife has the right to choose what happens to her body. Even in the flashbacks it's clear that their divorce wasn't really that messy and even the ex acknowledges her side.
The problem why most judge her now is because of her comment. She may have not meant any malice out of it but it was still a tacky thing to say.

I'm planning to give it a go next week once LOTFG wraps up. Is it safe to assume that you are enjoying the drama so far?🙈
