That's a good question honestly. Since it's a cdrama. I'm not going to be too bothered by the ending since Time Travel is censored there. They might go for the coma angle but I'm not sure how that can work since Lin's BFF, Gao is supposed to be dead in the original timeline.

Their timetravel arc felt solid since eventhough the FL went back to 18 and Lin to his early 20s, their actions reflect their true age to a certain extent. They can be goofy when they want to but they make mature decisions. The ML also already knows how the FL feels about his first timeline self so he's actively taking steps to learn from his mistakes. The FL too doesn't really do anything too reckless so I have hope for them 🙈

(Besides we don't really have enough episodes for them to play games with eachother)

Given how mature both have been so far, hopefully it'll be just a breather since she would definitely be shocked🙈

If the 2nd couple gets annoying, you can skip their scenes. It’s not really that important to the main story fortunately.
