So far the only TT ex boyfriend that was pallatable for me was the SML from Lovely Runner-

You'd be surprised by the number of C- dramas out there that have removed the original TT plot. Even Prisoner of Beauty was supposed to be a timetravel drama but they striked off the whole first brutal timeline by replacing it with a premonition instead. Personally I liked the change but it was rather surprising when it first came up.

The thing though is in TPR they kept referring to it as a "dream" and made it clear that both Li Rong and PWX died in the first time line. The other thing is since TPR is technically set up in a historical fantasy setting, it might be a bit more lax for them? Whereas Summit is based in modern times, so the rules might be more strict?

Any idea how Reset overcame the censorship hurdle? Since they too had timeloops and they changed history- and even brought people from dying.

True they are using her to add extra time. With Summit, there isn't really much there for the MC to misunderstand once the FL overcomes her embarrasment/ awkwardness/ understand that she can have a fulfilling career while dating as long as there is a proper balance. The ML also seems mature enough to not cause much drama. He fell for her when they were adults in the first timeline too so the whole "taboo-ish" bit with their age difference doesn't really matter that much- specially now that she's not a student.

Even the time travel bit can't really cause a rift between them unless the FL suddenly feels that it's weird to date her former mean boss, specially since by now it should be clear that the guy is too serious to destroy somebody else's work over a girl🙈

Btw did they change the schedule for ep 11-12? The timer on my site is suggesting tomorrow as the release date. I can't even find the promo for ep 13-14 within Yoku's youtube channel🙊

Akina is a loose canon too ngl. She seems more like the type to get stabbaed in the process of attacking someone? But since Kouru is pretty innocent despite all his bravado, it's hard to imagine him overpowering her in that kind of way.

I didn't think she could get any lower but....given her character type, she's going to get served a heaping pile of humiliation soon though.

Honestly you can just tune them out- specially the Mean Girl. Her scenes aren't that important if you are used to petty jealous one sided rivalries.

It would be interesting to see what the screenwriter has planned for them though. At the moment her character feels beyond redeamable. Even if her mum is dispecable , some of her choices were just too stupid for a High School graduate. The brother is ok but his lax attitude towards the Mean girl is abit much now since he nol onger is "clueless" about her behaviour.

(I just completed Our Generation a few weeks ago so it's hard to feel sympathetic towards this girl when you know there are other ways to handle such abuse)🙈

I wouldn't put it past the uni student Host ngl. He feels so scummy for some reason- even worse than the Fiancè.

(Also something similar happened in another Host drama awhile back so a host stabbing another host out of jealousy isn't really a new drama thrope either)🙈

Even I missed it! I was trying to find a particular scene for another comment so ended up checking out a few of their moments- there were so many hints in hindsight. Like even the test at the bookshop? I mean at the time they got locked in? Lin made a comment "so you won't give up" or something like that also cam be connected to how she let go of everything for the BF- seems like GX accidentally traumatized the ML in their first life🙈

Airing Schedule- it's supposed to end on Sunday if I'm not mistaken based on MDL's schedule but I am not sure if it will change. We should be getting 2 episodes per day everyday except for either Thursday or Friday (1 episode).

Personally, I need more details before I can judge. I feel bad for the ML but we need the ex's side. I know we keep getting Happy Family flashbacks of the couple but it could have been an illusion. The ex might have been struggling with something that the ML wasn't aware of. It could be a reason why she cut him out of her termination plan too.

As for the bro code, we need more details. They did give the ML time to heal (even if it wasn't enough in ML's pov). But there seems to be more.

We need more details before we can judge. The friend's phrasing on how he thanked him for finally "letting her go" suggests that the ex might have been struggling with something at the time. For all we know, the ML was clueless about some kind of struggle until it was too late.

She should haave discussed with him definitely.

As for the friend dating the ex-, their situation is tricky since again we still don't know the ex's side of the story (I mean how long has it been between her pregnancy and their divorce for instance).

Bro code is important but there are certain exceptions. Since the drama keeps revolving around "unforeseen exceptional moments" even in their cases, wouldn't be surprised if there might actually be an understandable explanation for this too.🙊

He definitely needs to move on. He's stuck in the past and has no reason to move on. It doesn't help that he still is in frequent contact with his past either.

Wxactly! And how you can influence others. The best example is the SML. Since the FL changed and worked hard to raise her rank, even the SML was motivated to do the same (sure it would have been better if he did it for himself, but still it's something seeing as he did give an honest effort).

She told him that she was visiting her parents. She probably found out within the first 1.5 months perhaps? So it wasn't that noticeable (specially if both were too busy with work at the time to notice a sudden change in the ex).
