From the bits shared as of ep 15, the brother was aroune 13 when he died. The dad was late to pick him from school. Apparently he was found dead near a hill or something (outside the school). JQX implied that it was suicide but we don't know for sure since he just hinted it while yelling at his mother.

(Not sure if the reason was mentioned properly in ep 1 since I can't recall the details now).

I can't remember the exact episode number since i binged it together but basically after the sports day scooter accident, YT and JQT separately confront JQX's parents. Since everything is now out in the open, YT basically tells CX to mind her own business the next time CX tries to hutt in- in front of all their classmates🤭

Honestly I just realized that all my ongoing dramas are wrapping up within this week/ by next Tuesday so I have to look for new dramas 🙈

Ngl it was so satisfying to watch YT burn CX with her honesty and JQX's sarcasm with CX ( he pretty much shared all his plans with her and asked her to go and tell his mum everything).

It's most probably because they need a popular actor + someone old enough to play the adult role too?

From what I've noticed, Cdramas don't usually use multiple actors to play 16-18 year olds and adults🙈

I guess it doesn't help that JQX's teen charactacter doesn't really get the chance to be childish as a teen unlike the other characters
