Honestly wouldn't be surprised if both mums had teaparties with eachother 💀.

I'd say both kids were put in danger one way or another? It's hard to compare each situation since both situations can push vulnerable kids.

TFF was scum but at least it's clear that she wasn't stable (mentally) even looking at her at a glance. She pretty much leeches off her new family to the point that she abandoned Yi Fan in order to survive. She eventually apologized to YF even if it was far too late.

OG's mum is a successful business professional. Based on ep 12-14's revelations, there was a heavy implication that the dead brother might have 💀 himself due to pressure from home. But instead of learning from it, she turned her new kid's life into hell/ blamed the dad completely for the other kid's death/ even after JQX nearly harmed himself, she still refused to take responsibility for her actions.

She was just imagining it since usually the line pops up as soon as the deed is done. It's abit similar to how the school admin imagined she had a line with the music teacher (only more innocent). The class president made her finally feel comfortable enough to imagine a future where she too can enjoy relationships.

There is a moral behind each story though even if it's hidden in subtext.

For instance, ep 1 was about how the pressures of being seen as "good" in the eyes of society can be detrimental in the wrong hands.

In ep 2, the glasses made the girl greedy. She didn't have to blackmail all the students/ teachers which inevitably caused her doom.

Same with ep 3 where the moral was basically "do not judge a book by it's cover".

Ep 4, was about being caught so into one's delusion, you can lose sight of everything.

Whoever who is leaving the glasses around are doing it on purpose to bring out the users' weaknesses more or less.

So true. Yeah even i feel like the mother will sacrifice herself.

The spirit mother has to learn to let go of Yeom Hwa or at the very least separate them. She isn't doing anybody any favours right now🫠

The fact that she was willing to curse even the dead grandmother is just insane💀

I feel like he's mislabelled. He isn't inherently evil but in his desperation to find his nameplate, he accidentally killed alot of souls (last week he mentioned how GU's body was the only one that could retain his spirit for so long).

Then there's also his time as a soldier (though idk if the 99 people count from this time period too since logically if he was looking for his name, then Yeom Hwa would have mentioned it at some point during her rituals)

I feel like we are missing part of Yeom Hwa's story. It can't be just about a mother in mourning. There has to be a reason why even a sarcastic shaman like the amulet guy (sorry can't recall his name) still cares about her.

She's on a dangerous path though and her hate has consumed away her goodness so idk how they'll play out her character🙈
Perhaps she'll sacrifice herself to save Seong Ah or GU at the end?

She was first attracted to his face but it was the fact that he said that he would be there even for a crying stranger is what truly made her fall in love. His words touched and healed her own wounded inner child. He even proved it later.

As for his grumpiness, it's not really a surprise seeing as he spent 16+ years being treated like a curse by even by his own parents. Being tortured and manipulated by shamans all his life made things even worse. Fortunately the FL is understanding.

(If you are still in the initial episodes, his attitude changes once he realizes that the FL was being sincere all along😊)

Do you recall how in ep 1 they mentioned about his favourite cousin? The one who gave him the hoodie? It's the same cousin. It's just that in China, they refer to most elder (close) males as brother.

It's official, JQX's mum is even worse than the mum from First Frost (which is saying alot seeing how 💩 TFF's mum was) 🤦‍♀️

At least in dramaland it seems like some hospitals based in South Korea have the facilities to arrange the funeral viewing as well for the mourning party (specially since the body isn't on display).

Ep4 was so insane but sadly believable too 🥲

Like throughout the last few bits of that episode I couldn't help notice how similar her behaviour was to how certain toxic fans behave when they find out that their idol has a significant other. Sick really.💀

Who was the guy found dead in the car? I thought it was the chinese teacher at first but later in the episode, the subs indicated that he was still missing 😅

She's definitely upto something. They even introduced her as being sorrounded by guys (albeit they were students). She also seems toooo nice. While the lack of lines isn't extraordinary so far the story had made it a point to make all the adults who have no lines as dangerous one way or another (the serial killer in ep 1/ the harsh teacher in ep 4).

The fact that the promiscuous detective is low key interested in her makes me curious ngl🙈

It sounds like a psycho mistress situation. At the end, the sister said something about how he got her that apartment because she threatened to hurt his wife. Since she's been living there for over 2 years but the man has many business trips is probably because he's forced to continue the relationship (doesn't excuse his behaviour).

The wife getting pregnant/ the brother attacking him was probably the last straw.

Yes- it really makes you think too. What would you do if you have that power?

Ratings- i wouldn't give too much wight on ratings just yet. Some don't rate till the end of the series for instance. If you are into strange concepts, worth giving it a try🙊
