Sanpang isn't really that bad...he's just looking out for Qian since he knows first hand how terrible Qian's life has been thus far.

To be fair, Qian was months away from finally getting released from his "parental" role once Lili started college. To SP, Yuan's love is a new burden for Qian to bear with (seeing as at that point Qian didn't have feelings and to them at least it felt wrong because of the whole non existant bro issue).

The distance was a necessary evil in a way for both Q and Y to understand their feelings and change their dynamic but the way it was executed was just too harsh 😅😅

SP is going to get his karmic justice though seeing as he's in the same exact relationship drama with Lili 🤣

The novel ends on a happy note so let's hope for the best!

Seeing the preview...i think it's a combination of both. Yuan has always been by his side so suddenly cutting him off would definitely give Qian "withdrawal" issues. Unconsciously Qian is addicted to Yuan's presence. It's just that he's too confused and probably afraid to truly analyze his feelings. Looking forward to Qian's jealous era- he's finally going to see the light 💡

That certainly would make an interesting twist and explain why she was so calculativng and confident of her plan. She looks quite different from her "before" photo too so who knows what she could have done.


About the funds, they did mention in the latest episodes that Yoon was exceptionally smart and was sponsored by Queens till he was adopted/ arrested

Tell me about it. I can understand being foolish about Mrs Moe but at least with financial investments you'd think they'd do the bare minimum at least for the sake of their shareholders

Yuan seems to be well informed about Qian so probably Sangpan and Lili were the ones who actually got majority of his texts and calls.🙊

Qian wasn't replying anyway so like you said, he probably was afraid he might get blocked or freak Qian out even more if he gets too overzelous. The only time you see his true desperation in his texts is when Qian fainted and he had no way of finding out what happened. 😿😿😿

Tell me about it...Qian has no idea what hit him...and poor Sangpan is just as clueless about who actually is in control 😂

Tbf SP has been focussing on Lili most of her life (not in a creepy way tho). It's the subtext like how SP and lili agreed to go on a diet together back in 2016.

They are basically Qian-Yuan 2.0 😉

They do show Yuan's life via text messages (during the scenes you see both Yuan and Qian going through Yuan's past one sided messages). It's a creative approach to use to save time but sadly this is missed out by the international fans since they didn't show the translation.

The neck grabbing 🤣 Seriously, for someone who denies he doesn't have feelings, Qian really has a habit of touching Yuan's neck so tenderly (and it's only with Yuan too)
